Saif Ali Khan, his ex-wife, Amrita Singh, his wife, Kareena Kapoor Khan and his children, Sara Ali Khan and Ibrahim Ali Khan (from the first wife) and Taimur Ali Khan (from the second wife) have perfectly defined the concept of a modern family. Defying the stereotypical norm that stepmothers can never share a friendly bond with their stepdaughters, Sara and Kareena have proved everyone wrong with their adorable camaraderie.
Even after coming from one of the most renowned families of the glamour world, Sara is the most down-to-earth star kid. She made her Bollywood debut in 2018 with the film Kedarnath and became an overnight sensation. Heaping praises on Sara, Kareena, too had expressed her fondness for her in various interviews. As Sara turned 26 today, Kareena penned a heartmelting wish for her.
On the other hand, Sara took to her IG handle and shared a Reel featuring some lovely moments spent with her parents, Saif Ali Khan, Amrita Singh, her goofy self with her brother, Ibrahim Ali Khan. The video also featured Sara's special moments with her friends and glimpses of her 26th birthday celebrations. Sara captioned the Reel as "Quarter century over! 26 years of living, laughing and loving. #SaraKaSaraReels #FamilyWalaFeels."
A few moments back, Kareena Kapoor Khan took to her IG stories and shared a stunning monochrome picture of Sara from one of her photoshoots. Atop the picture, Kareena wrote, "Happy Birthday beautiful, Have the best one ever", followed by a heart emoticon.
Sara Ali Khan's bestie, Sara Vaisoha also shared glimpses of her pink-themed 26th birthday celebrations. In the pictures, we can see customised balloons with Sara's initials and pink foil balloons that read 'Happy Birthday'. Sara Ali Khan's brother, Ibrahim Ali Khan too was seen posing with their other friends.
Sara Ali Khan shares a great camaraderie with Kareena Kapoor Khan. Joking about how Kareena Kapoor Khan would react if she addressed her as ‘Choti Maa’, Sara Ali Khan had shared on Karan Johar's chat show, Koffee With Karan, “You know I feel that everyone has been very clear with me vis-a-vis the equations. It's never been confusing. Kareena herself was saying and she still says that look "you have a mother and you have a great mother at that and what I want is for us to be able to be friends.” My father also never said, "This is your second mother" or made it anyway uncomfortable. I think Kareena would have a nervous breakdown if I was to call her ‘choti maa’. And she will be like What? No.”
Happiest birthday, Sara!
