Kareena Kapoor Khan is a yummy mommy of two, Taimur Ali Khan and Jehangir Ali Khan at the age of 41. However, she can give a tough competition to anyone when it comes to fitness. We have all witnessed her following her yoga routine religiously, even during her pregnancy phase. Well, she had broken many stereotypes during her two pregnancies. We are so habitual of seeing Kareena in her fit shape that even an inch of difference in her body gets noticed by her fans. Thus, it gets even more important for her to follow a healthy lifestyle.
From being a flag bearer of size zero physique to being a healthy mother of two, her dietician, Rujuta Diwekar has been the brain behind Kareena Kapoor Khan’s massive transformations. In her audiobook, Eating In The Age Of Dieting, Rujuta talked about Kareena’s diet plans that help her yield glowing skin and a toned body.
In her audiobook, Rujuta Diwekar talked about Kareena Kapoor Khan’s breakfast regime and how she eats sixty to ninety minutes before her pre-workout session. She said:
“Eat that wholesome meal sixty to ninety minutes pre-workout to ensure that you are able to optimize muscle fiber recruitment during exercise. This leads to a bigger afterburn (more calories burned post-workout), and you get your results in a shorter period of time.”
Rujuta mentioned that one must eat a healthy lunch and take nimbu pani after it. Reportedly, this is the same routine followed by Kareena Kapoor Khan. Nimbu pani with black salt and kesar have a great impact on your skin and body. She added:
“It keeps the afternoon slump away. The Kesar works miracles for the hair and skin, while the ginger and Kala namak combo will leave you feeling light and helps avoid bloating on tough working days.”
For a healthy lifestyle, Rujuta shared that one must have a wholesome dinner. She shared that in her diet plan, Kareena Kapoor takes dal-chawal-ghee or khichdi-dahi or doodhi sabzi and jowar roti with ghee for dinner.
We all have witnessed Kareena Kapoor Khan’s love for yoga. Along with a balanced and healthy diet, a good workout regime is important, and thus, Kareena plans her workout with yoga and pilates. Kareena is a fitness freak and there is no doubt in it as even during her pregnancy, she had followed her yoga routine for a healthy baby and smooth delivery.
