Along with this beautiful family picture, Ankita penned down a note in the caption about the changes she and her husband had felt since the birth of their little bundle of happiness, Mehr. The doting mommy talked about a lot of things about parenting and stressed upon the importance of a parent's behaviour while their child is with them. Going further in her note, Ankita Bhargava highlighted one of the most undervalued positives of parenting and how it holds power to bring out the best version of a parent but only if they're committed to halt their decade-long bad habits. Ankita said, "Becoming a parent has made us more aware of ourselves, Cos we, by all means, want to show our best version to our babies so that they pick up only the good things from us!" Revealing the changes she and her husband, Karan had made in themselves since the birth of their little daughter, Mehr, she added, "It made me realise that in this entire Rigmarole of Shushing the bad words, Not shouting or talking loudly in front of the baby, Using the golden words, Showing the calmer side, Not talking in a bad way, Not gossiping with the baby around, Not putting anyone down just for fun etc. etc."

Concluding her note with the positives of parenting, Ankita Bhargava clearly stated that every person needs to accept the lesson from within, instead of becoming a good parent, just from the outside. She concluded her note, saying, "Turns out we have so much growing up to do ourselves... Being good for the baby was just a start… The actual work needs to be done within! Babies teach us to be better at so many levels that we can't even imagine !! Thanku Mehr, For helping us become or at least try to become better human beings!"
