For the unversed, Ye will be facing a lawsuit in a hostile work environment case filed against West and Yeezy over the alleged treatment of a Donda Academy security guard named Benjamin Provo.
Kanye West has also been listed as a potential witness, along with his chief of staff Milo Yiannopoulos, and many others. According to reports, a Donda Academy security guard named Benjamin Provo is suing Kanye West and Yeezy for alleged discrimination, hostile work environment, retaliation, labor code violations, among other claims. The security guard has alleged that Ye and members of his management team "subjected Provo and other black employees to less favorable treatment than their white counterparts." In the lawsuit, Provo alleges that he was given an ultimatum: cut his hair or be fired.
For the unversed, Donda Academy security guard named Benjamin Provo has claimed that he styled his hair in dreadlocks for religious purposes. However, Kanye West and his management were adamant about getting him to change his hair. He also claims he was directed to fight paparazzi who were taking pics near the campus and was promised by a manager that he'd be bailed out if he was arrested.
