And television actress, Kamya Panjabi is one of those, who owned a new home with her 'Mister', Shalabh Dang. It was on February 10, 2020, when Kamya and Shalabh had taken the saat pheras in front of the holy fire. The duo was officially declared husband and wife for the rest of their life. Since then, Kamya never misses a chance to share glimpses of her 'Missus' life with the man of her dreams. Her Instagram feed is filled with cutesy PDAs with her hubby, Shalabh and their kids.
The year 2021 is filled with a lot of happy news for Kamya. On January 4, 2021, Kamya took to her Instagram handle and shared a glimpse of her new home. Yes, Kamya and Shalabh have purchased a new home and it was integrated by Kamya's mom-in-law. The actress posted an IG story, wherein we can see Kamya's mom-in-law cutting a red ribbon to their new home. Atop it, Kamya wrote, "That's my ma-in-law and that's our new house. Thank you Bappa #HappyNewYear #HappyNewHouseToUs @shalabhdang." Shalabh also took to his IG stories, and shared a lovely picture of his mother cutting the ribbon. Check it out below:
Kamya shares a warm bond with her mom-in-law. In August 2020, the actress had shared the first-ever picture with her saasu-ma. In the picture, we could see Kamya being showered with love from her mother-in-law. Alongside the picture, she had written, "My pretty woman #motherinlawlove." In a post-marriage interview with the Bombay Times, Kamya had talked about her wedding and how she had danced her heart out at her own wedding reception. She had shared, "I wanted my marriage to be an intimate affair with only our families and close friends in attendance, besides it was held in a gurdwara. However, I also wanted to celebrate the new beginnings of my life with all those who matter to me and so, I hosted a reception (which took place last night). I didn't want it to be a typical affair where the newly-weds stand on stage and meet and greet the guests. I wanted to be as involved as possible and dance to my heart's content."
On August 30, 2020, Kamya had shared a video from their Ganpati celebrations, wherein she had gotten romantic and had proposed her hubby, Shalabh. In the video, we could see Kamya getting down on her knees with a flower in her hand, and Shalabh was left speechless, and he had adorably hugged her. Alongside the video, Kamya had written, "When I went down on my knees to let the man know what he means to me, his reaction was to die for. I love you Shalabh Dang u have a safe flight, I'm missing you already. You have a safe flight. I'm gonna see you soon. P.S pls excuse him for the constant back to the camera. Actor nahi hai na camera facing se inka koi lena dena nahi hai." On this, Shalabh had instantly commented, "Love you too @panjabikamya you zapped me with flowers and your gesture as this is the first time you have done something like this for anyone in your life.
