For the unversed, a former employee, John Doe (pseudonym), allegedly Chirayu Rana, filed a lawsuit against an executive director, Lorna Hajdini, claiming that she sexually assaulted him, and when he denied the same, she misused her power and made his life a living hell.
Following this, Lorna Hajdini claimed that all the allegations were fabricated, alleging that he wanted to harm her reputation. And now, months after the case first made headlines, Lorna has now countersued her accuser.
JP Morgan executive, Lorna Hajdini hits back at sexual harrasment claims
JP Morgan exec, Lorna Hajdini is not staying quiet about the allegations against her and now has returned with renewed might to fight back against the sexual harassment claims lobbed against her with a counterclaim of her own. According to a recent TMZ report, the details of Lorna's countersuit have now been revealed. While news of Lorna filing a suit against her accuser has been circulating in the media for a while now, it is the first time any details of the case have been revealed.
According to new court documents obtained by TMZ, Lorna Hajdani is suing her accuser for defamation and libel. The JP Morgan executive has claimed that the accuser is running a smear campaign against her. In the counterclaim, Lorna has alleged that the lawsuit against her is an attempt to "destroy her reputation" in order to extort her and JP Morgan Chase out of millions.
In the filing, Lorna Hajdini has also claimed that her accuser didn't report any instance of harassment or assault until May 2, 2025. However, his allegations date back almost a year to 2024. In the lawsuit, Lorna has further alleged that the sexual harassment claims have ruined her life both professionally and personally. She says this was because of the "salacious narrative" her accuser presented.
Lorna Hajdini has also shared that these claims have led to threats against her. She revealed that since the lawsuit first made headlines, she and her family have been "mocked, ridiculed, and harassed around the clock." For the unversed, Lorna's accuser, who wants to remain anonymous, claimed she forced him to participate in "non-consensual" and "humiliating" sex acts.
According to reports, Lorna Hajdini's accuser has also alleged she once threatened to call immigration on people in his life if he didn't do as he was told. Meanwhile, Lorna is calling him a liar and has denied the allegations. It was also reported that JP Morgan is backing their exec, having previously told TMZ in a statement:
"Following our investigation, we don’t believe there’s any merit to these claims. While numerous employees cooperated with the investigation, the complainant refused to participate and has declined to provide facts that would be central to support his allegations."
What allegations did John Doe make against Lorna Hajdini?
JPMC hit the headlines only a month back, when John Doe's viral claims started doing the rounds. According to his claims, he was sexually assaulted by Lorna Hajdini, and when he refused to engage with her, she reportedly threatened him and eventually made his life a living hell. He said that Lorna Hajdini forced him into non-consensual and degrading sexual acts throughout 2024.
He, in the lawsuit, mentioned that Lorna Hajdini once came into his apartment and during one of the encounters, she took off her shirt and compared herself to his Asian wife, thereby hurling racial slurs. Not just this, it was also alleged by John Doe that Lorna Hajdini drugged him with Rohypnol and erection-enabling medication on multiple occasions to ignite sexual encounters.
