The family of four passed away at a devastating house fire in White Bear Lake in the early hours of March 21, 2026. The NHL reporter shared a post at the end of 2025 showing her enjoying some time outdoors with her children, capturing a peaceful family moment. It featured them in a relaxed, fun mood in their everyday lives. She captioned the post, writing:

"Collecting my fill of sun and serotonin."

Several netizens went back to revisit the adorable moments from Jessi's past, which now serves as a reminder of her close bond with her children, Hudson, Cayden, and Avery. Several users also expressed grief over how the loving mother cherished simple, happy moments with her family. At the same time, just two days before her death, Jessi shared a promotion post featuring herself that has also come into focus amid her death. It was a promotion for a lemonade product where fans got to see her for the last time. The contrast between these recent posts and the tragic news of her passing has made her loss even more heartbreaking.

What happened on the day of the White Bear Lake House fire? 

According to the statement from the White Bear Lake Fire Department, a fire broke out at the family residence on Richard Avenue at 5:20 a.m. However, before the emergency responders could reach and get Jessi and her kids out safely, the home was already engulfed in flames. Several neighbors reported witnessing the fire spread across the property while the family was still inside.

After controlling the fire and subsequent investigation, the authorities confirmed that Jessi Pierce and her three kids were found dead at the scene. However, her husband, Mike Pierce, was reportedly not home at the time of the incident. Although officials have not yet released detailed findings on the cause of the fire, they are still investigating the case. Meanwhile, the tragedy has sent shockwaves across the local community.
