The American actor-singer, Jennifer Lopez, affectionately known as J Lo, is celebrating her 54th birthday today, i.e., July 24, 2023. Before the celebrations for her birthday began, the singer took to her Instagram handle and uploaded a post where she can be seen donning white lacy lingerie and flaunting her fantastic body.
Jennifer got married to the American actor, Ben Affleck in July last year. The singer celebrated their first wedding anniversary with her husband, Ben, on July 17, 2023.

Before kicking off her birthday celebrations, Jennifer decided to tease her fans by uploading her bold and sexy photo. The Marry Me actress was seen wearing white lacy lingerie, which she paired with a gorgeous robe with white and black detailing. She has tucked her honey-blonde hair in a messy bun, complementing her facial features. Jennifer completed her entire look with a pair of transparent high-heels. The caption on her post could be read as:
“Getting ready to celebrate.”

The Hustlers actress, Jennifer Lopez, is well-known for her devotion to her fitness regime. Her trainer, Dodd Romero, told O Magazine that she focuses on circuit training with 50 hanging ab raises, 50 rope crunches, and 50 incline sit-ups with a 45-pound plate.
According to Dodd, the 54-year-old actress performs the same cycle with 35 repetitions and a third set of 21 reps in a row without stopping. She works out for an hour, four to five times a week, concentrating on a different body component each day. Well, now we know the secret of Jennifer’s fantastic physique.
The celebrity couple, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck, married in Las Vegas in July last year. But the duo dated while they were filming the 2003 romantic movie, Gigli. Jennifer Lopez was recently seen in the Netflix original thriller, The Mother. The film is based on a former US Army operative (Jennifer) who teams up with an FBI agent to rescue her teenage daughter, who is abducted by criminals. The film did not receive much appreciation from the audience.
