In an interview with WSJ Magazine for their cover story, Jennifer shared that, contrary to popular belief, she doesn't go under the knife, but she does get some wild treatments.
Jennifer revealed she got a salmon-sperm facial after an aesthetician suggested it. She mentioned that she was shocked at first and asked if they were joking. "First of all, I said, 'Are you serious? How do you get salmon's sperm?'" Jennifer recalled asking them. The We're the Millers star initially thought the treatment wasn't doing anything for her skin; however, over time, she believed it would show results in the long run. According to Healthline, a salmon sperm facial can improve skin texture and hydration. It can help increase collagen and elastin production, which can make skin look plumper. In the same interview, Jennifer Aniston also stated that she was very particular about her skin and would "try almost anything" to maintain a youthful appearance. Explaining how the procedure was done, Jennifer said that it involved microneedling her skin with the salmon sperm.
Dr. Gabriel Chiu told Variety that injecting the salmon sperm can be done with hyaluronic acid. After trying the treatment for a year, Jennifer jovially stated in The Morning Show in 2024, "Don't I look like a salmon? Don't I have beautiful salmon skin?" Besides salmon sperm treatment, Jennifer also swore by weekly anti-aging peptide injections. "I do think that's the future [of skincare]," she told the publication.
For the unversed, peptides are reportedly chains of amino acids that are believed to increase collagen production and promote skin tightening.
