Jen Hamilton Gets Emotional While Sharing Update After Split From Husband, Brian 'I Talked To Him..'

After sharing the heartbreaking news of her separation, Social media influencer and labour and delivery nurse, Jen Hamilton, shared a new update after her split with Brian Hamilton. She opened up about the challenges of healing. In fact, Jen admitted that her episodes continue to come in waves as she adjusts to a major change in her life. The popular content creator also shared a video to explain her thoughts online as she goes through a difficult period in her life. 

Jen Hamilton shares an emotional healing update amid her separation 

Jen Hamilton recently shared a video to reveal her feelings while she continues to deal with separation in her life. She explained that people have suggested she take a break. In fact, it is the only thing that feels like a routine to her. Jen explained that she wants to look back on this phase of life one day and recall where she stood emotionally during this chapter. According to the influencer, some days are often harder than others. Jen compared her emotional ups and downs to contractions during childbirth to explain how quickly her mood dives. In her words:

"I can wake up feeling OK, and do stuff and get stuff done and feel like a boss, and then somebody mentions something, and I'm just a puddle on the floor."

Despite the heartbreak, Jen also shared a brief update about Brian. She revealed that she recently spoke to him and asked how he was dealing with the phase. At the same time, she reassured followers that he was doing well. The update comes after several followers were concerned about both Jen and Brian after their separation. In turn, they flooded their comment section with hopeful messages. Sharing their chat, she said:

"I talked to him this morning, and he is healing and doing well."

Jen and Brian Hamilton announced their split in a joint statement earlier in June 2026. The couple explained in their joint statement that it was a painful but necessary decision. At the same time, they emphasised that it was made after much thought, mutual respect, and care. They explained that creating the physical distance would give them space for personal healing.

Jen and Brian also clarified that they would continue to focus on their family. According to Jen, it is an amicable split. So, there is no hostility or conflict between the duo. Instead, they are moving forward with compassion and a strong foundation for their children.

In contrast to Jen Hamilton, who built a large social media following through her nursing content and family-focused videos, Brian prefers to stay away from the spotlight. He is renowned for his interest in outdoor living, homesteading, bushcraft and family life. The couple had often shared glimpses of their rural lifestyle and parenting journey online. Notably, Jen shared that they had separated earlier. But, they again reconnected.

Jen and Brian's relationship started before they became famous on the internet. They first met while working as camp counsellors at a North Carolina summer camp. In turn, they both served children with chronic and terminal illnesses. Gradually, their romance grew into a love story, and they married in 2012. Later, the duo welcomed two sons, Ellis and Luke.
