Soon after Jelly Roll and Bunnie XO's divorce news made headlines, it was revealed that the much-loved musician is all set to step into the role of a guest host on Jimmy Kimmel Live! The reason behind the same is that the host of the show, Jimmy, is going on a break for nearly two-months and during this time, multiple celebrities will be coming in to host the show. One of those celebrities is Jelly Roll. As per reports, other celebrities, who will be hosting the show are Rosie O'Donnell, Colman Domingo, Anthony Anderson, Tiffany Haddish and Ike Barinholtz.

For those who do not know, this isn’t the first time that Jelly Roll will be appearing as a guest host on Jimmy Kimmel Live!. In July 2025, the musician hosted two episodes of the show. At that time, he was loved by the audience for his down-to-earth personality, humour and perfect way of interacting with his audience. However, this time fans have very different expectations from him. While netizens still expect the same personality, a few fans also want him to talk about his relationship and divorce with Bunnie XO. Even though there is no confirmation on whether he would talk about it, there are high chances of it. Either which way, it will be interesting to see him take Jimmy’s place.

When Jelly Roll revealed he ‘sucks’ at hosting

In 2025, while Jelly Roll hosted Jimmy Kimmel’s show, he revealed that it is his first time and he ‘sucks’ at it. Further, he also recalled his journey from going to the prison to being able to host such a big show. For the unversed, Jelly Roll had shared:

"I need y’all to be patient with me tonight. This is my first time doing something like this, and I’m going to try my best. I am. But if I really suck bad, y’all just remember — my name is Post Malone. Now y'all know every guest gets on here, and they say it's great to be here. But I want to talk to y'all. Speaking as a guy who has been to prison before, it really is great to be here. Actually, it’s kind of great to be anywhere. Hell, I walked into a DMV yesterday, and I was like, ‘This is f---ing awesome. God, this is great'."

For those who do not know, Jelly and Bunnie have been one of the most talked-about couples. The two tied the knot in a wedding chapel in 2016 and stayed together for nearly a decade. Despite parting ways, Bunnie and Jelly continue to stay on good terms and still call each other their 'best friend'. Recently, Bunnie XO, in the latest episode of Dumb Blonde podcast, opened up about her divorce and shared that her estranged husband is taking care of her, amid such times. Apart from this, a few days ago, Jelly publicly defended Bunnie, when reports claimed that she cheated on him with Chad Kroeger.
