Bunnie Xo Says Jelly Roll Had 'Low Sperm Count', Was Miserable After Medication, 'Lost Four Embryos'

In the latest episode of her podcast, Dumb Blonde, Bunnie Xo spoke about her relationship with Country singer, Jelly Roll. The podcast host stated that despite their breakup, they share a strong bond, and that this stems from their difficult IVF journey. Bunnie, who is stepmom to Jelly's daughter Bailee Ann and son Noah Buddy, has been trying to have a baby with Jelly, but the struggle with IVF took a toll on both of them.

Bunnie Xo reveals Jelly Xo was on heavy medication for his ‘low sperm count’

In her podcast, Bunnie Xo opened up about her difficult IVF battle and revealed that she went into a shell. Bunnie also revealed that she fought hard to produce enough eggs to have a baby with her husband, Jelly. But when Jelly was put on medication due to his ‘low sperm count’, it was a roller coaster ride for the couple. Speaking about the same, she shared:

“He had to get on a bunch of hormones and a whole bunch of medication, which turned him into a freaking nightmare to be around. I've never talked about this, but J and I have lost four embryos. We've had three transfers, but we lost the two twins that we were gonna try to have, and then we lost the other two.”

Bunnie Xo reveals she and Jelly Roll are ‘trauma-bonded’

In the same podcast, Bunnie shared that the couple has been through hell during their IVF journey. Bunnie also stated that one of the main reasons for their bond is that the two have been ‘trauma-bonded’. Speaking about the same, she said:

“I kinda think J and I are trauma bonded. I feel like we've been through so much so much. Me and that man's history, like he's never going to be able to live that with anybody else. And thank God. Thank God. I hope he finds somebody who just f---ing is a cakewalk to be with."

Jelly Roll spoke about his low testosterone when he was overweight

Jelly Roll struggled with his weight and went for a complete transformation from 500 lbs. After shedding more than 200 lbs, the singer said in an interview with Men’s Health that he was alarmed by his test results. Elaborating on the same, Jelly revealed that his insulin levels were "super high," his testosterone was so low that it was similar to that of a preteen boy. His cholesterol was very high, and so were his A1C levels. His main goal was to see what was happening to him.

In the recent podcast, Bunnie Xo confirmed that she and Jelly Roll have decided to have a kid even though they are separated. Reportedly, the couple has already separated and is living in separate houses. It was in May 2026 that Jelly Roll filed for divorce from Bunnie Xo; the reason was reportedly irreconcilable differences. But despite their separation, Bunnie revealed that she and Jelly have planned to co-parent their baby.
