Jelly Roll And Bunnie's Wild Bond, He Welcomed Son A Week Before He Wed Her, Separation, Divorce

Jelly Roll has decided to end his marriage to his wife, Bunnie Xo, after 10 years of togetherness. Recently, TMZ reported that Jelly Roll filed for divorce back in May 2026. The reason for the couple's split is not known, but as per the same report, it was a mutual decision of the couple to end their marriage. Jelly Roll and Bunnie Xo have been together for more than a decade now, with their first meeting taking place in 2015. Bunnie Xo and Jelly Roll met in Vegas

It was in 2015 when Jelly Roll and Bunnie Xo crossed paths. As they say, 'what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas', but it was not the case with Bunnie and Jelly Roll. The country singer was performing at Las Vegas Country Saloon, and Bunnie was there with another man. However, she had her eyes on him and vice versa, which, according to Bunnie, was a 'soul recognising' moment.

Speaking about the same in an interview, Bunnie revealed it was like they instantly recognised each other. Well, their friendship began, and they eventually gave love another chance. It was not an easy relationship, and back then, Bunnie was working as an escort in Vegas while Jelly Roll was making USD 500 for shows, and was not able to even afford an apartment, so he was living in a white van.

After a year, Jelly Roll married Bunnie Xo. It was during that time when Bunnie was seeking his daughter, Bailee's, full custody, while expecting another kid from another ex. It was just a week before Jelly Roll wed Bunnie that he welcomed his son with one of his exes. Bunnie was supportive about this.

Speaking about how this worked out, Jelly Roll, in an interview on Bussin With The Boys, revealed that he had to sit with Bunnie and tell her that he was seeking full custody of his daughter, and expecting another kid with someone else. He said he was in awe of how Bunnie reacted to this and said that she would help him with the custody of his daughter. Jelly Roll said:

"I have to sit Bunnie down and go, 'Look, I have a kid that you know about that I'm fixing to have to get full custody of.' There's also a woman out there that's pregnant with a kid of mine. I'll never forget, Bunnie looked at me and, man it makes me emotional, she said, 'No matter what happens with us, I’m gonna help you get this little girl,'" the "Son of a Sinner" artist added. "I was like, 'Man, what character.'"

While things were going smoothly, and Roll had Bailee's custody, it was two years later, after their wedding, when Bunnie and Jelly Roll briefly separated. The reason for his split was never publicly confirmed. He, however, in an interview on the Human School podcast in 2025, admitted that he had cheated on his wife. While things were broken between them, they found their way back to each other and worked hard on their relationship. The couple reconciled, and in 2023, they renewed their vows. Jelly Roll and Bunnie Xo are each other's biggest fans, and they never shy away from standing beside each other when it comes to supporting.

She also mentioned that they were trying, and if it was meant to be, it would be, or they could adopt.
