While netizens are sending their best wishes, they have started looking into her personal life. Although Jeana divorced Matt Keough in 2019, she was previously married to a man named Gary Tomasino.
Jeana Keough and Gary Tomasino’s marriage details remain a mystery
Jeana Keough was married to Gary Tomasino for a long time. Some reports have claimed that the duo tied the knot when Jeana was reportedly 18. Although their marriage ended in divorce, Jeana and Gary remained close friends over the years. Gary also appeared twice in The Real Housewives of Orange County. The pair allegedly hung out together after Jeana’s split from Matt. Back in 2009, Jeana also addressed her first marriage in an interview and said:
“I think the secret to maintaining a great relationship with an ex is to respect them. I will rarely say bad things about an ex. I have stayed friends with all my past relationships. My first husband Gary Tomasino is still one of my dearest friends today. He is actually my broker at the moment. I remember the good times and never dwell on the bad times.”
However, Jeana did not reveal any other information about her first marriage. Gary even helped Jeana to organise a launch party in 2009 for her real estate company, Weichert Gold Coast.
Jeana Keough’s daughter has launched a GoFundMe page for her mother
Jeana Keough is currently facing a serious health challenge after being diagnosed with tongue cancer. The news was shared by her daughter, Kara Keough Bosworth. According to Kara, Jeana first noticed a painful spot on her tongue and assumed it was from a tooth rubbing against it.
After months of discomfort, testing confirmed it was squamous cell carcinoma of the tongue. Jeana has already had two surgeries. The first surgery removed the tumor, and the second was to remove the lymph nodes. During that second procedure, doctors determined the cancer had spread. She is now in week five of a treatment plan that includes chemotherapy, radiation, and immunotherapy.
Kara said the treatments have taken a heavy toll. Jeana is dealing with extreme fatigue and severe pain in her mouth and throat that makes eating and drinking very difficult. Because her work in real estate is commission-based, she has also been unable to work during treatment, which has added financial pressure. Kara has also started a GoFundMe page to get help with her mother’s medical bills, and it says:
“Any funds raised will go directly toward expenses, everyday living costs, nutrition, and the additional support she needs while undergoing treatment. Most of all, your generosity will remind her that she is not fighting this battle alone. Whether you're able to donate, share this page, or simply keep Jeana in your prayers, thank you.”
The GoFundMe page aims to collect USD 50,000, and donations of more than USD 37,000 have been made so far.
