Jaya Bachchan was one of the most promising actors of her time. However, she left acting after marriage with Bollywood actor, Amitabh Bachchan in 1973. Afterwards, she dedicated all her time to her family. Now, she is all set to make a comeback on the silver screen with the upcoming movie, Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. Now, we stumbled upon an old video, wherein she answered when she would return to her acting career. But netizens started comparing her with popular actress, Kangana Ranaut.
An old video from one of Jaya Bachchan and Amitabh Bachchan's joint interviews went viral on Reddit. In the video, the interviewer asked Jaya about her experience of working in non-conventional films. To this, Jaya mentioned that usually, in the 80s, the films were all about 'marr-dharr'. However, she liked doing something out of the box. Further, the interviewer quizzed the then-leading actress about her plans to return to the silver screens. To this, Jaya gave a witty answer.

In the same conversation, Jaya mentioned that she has dedicated all her time to three kids. Thus, she has no plans to return to her acting career anytime soon. To this, the interviewer quickly questioned her about her three kids, leaving her in laughter. But her husband, Amitabh answered that two of them were their kids and one was he himself, and the three were left in splits.
As soon as the video was posted on Reddit, netizens rushed to the comment section to bare their hearts out. While some talked about Jaya's then behaviour with the media, some compared her voice to that of Bollywood actress, Kangana Ranaut. One netizen wrote, "Ngl she looks like kangu here."
