Jay Bhanushali and Mahhi Vij had secretly gotten married with each other and are celebrating their 10th anniversary today. The couple had adopted two kids, Khushi and Rajveer in 2017. It was on May 24, 2019, when Mahhi Vij and Jay Bhanushali had informed that their family of four will soon be completed with the arrival of their little one. And on August 3, 2019, the couple was blessed with a little angel, whom they have lovingly named Tara. With the birth of Tara, Jay and Mahhi’s life had changed for good and in a recent interview with Pinkvilla, Jay has talked about the same.
In a conversation with Pinkvilla, Jay shared how their life as a couple has changed after the birth of Tara. Sharing how his relationship with Mahhi changed from girlfriend-boyfriend after Tara’s birth, he said, “Definitely, Tara has brought a huge difference in me when it comes to loving your family. I am more attached to my family now. Before Tara, Mahi and I would take our relationship like boyfriend and girlfriend, but now after Tara being there, there are more responsibilities and we are happy with it. She has changed me as a man and a human being. I am more concerned about everything now. I am more responsible about my spending also because as a father you always want to save and do better for the daughter."
As the couple is celebrating their 10th wedding anniversary today, Jay talked about his married journey till now. Revealing that the couple had their share of ups and downs and yet had a smooth journey, Jay shared, “The journey has been beautiful. Its been 10 years and I never expected that these 10 years will be this smooth. We had our ups and downs, happiness, but then I am happy that we completed 10 years and received our gift from God in the form of Tara, and now it is a beautiful family. I am loving every moment with them. The bond is different once baby comes into your life. Double figure it is for us!"
Jay also elaborated on the ups and downs he had mentioned earlier, and continued, “Of course, ups and downs make you strong. When you have a strong partner like Mahi, it helps you a lot too. There have been times when things don't go your way and you are tired of it but having a strong woman next to me makes it easier where she guides and helps me." When asked if he would like to relive their love story, he replied, “Of course, I would really love to relive the love story and the best part is the journey has been beautiful and now with Tara, we are welcoming a brighter future." Jay and Mahhi’s love for each other is evident on their social media handles. To mark their 10th wedding anniversary, the couple shared a beautiful video from the day they had gotten engaged. Taking to their respective IG handles, Jay and Mahhi shared their engagement video with heartfelt messages. In the video, we can see Mahhi and Jay, walking towards the stage, holding each other’s hands, exchanging their rings and then dancing in the glory of their love.
