Add BollywoodShaadis on Google90 Day Fiance stars Jasmine Penida and Gino Palazzolo have officially parted ways a year after their divorce filing. The ex-couple went through numerous ups and downs in their marriage, and Jasmine has been heavily criticized throughout the ordeal. Shortly after the former couple officially ended their marriage, Pineda's attorney and manager issued strongly worded statements, warning that continued public attacks against the reality TV star could result in strict legal action.
Jasmine Pineda has been ordered to pay her ex-husband, Gino Palazzolo, USD 20,000 in spousal support over the next 40 months. According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, Pineda, 39, must begin paying Palazzolo, 57, USD 500 per month starting July 1, 2026, for the next 40 months until the amount is paid in full.

Regarding the couple's assets, the court has ruled that Palazzolo will retain ownership of their home in Canton, Michigan, along with his 2015 Ford Explorer. Pineda, meanwhile, will get full ownership of their Dunedin residence in Florida. The ex-spouses will also get to keep their respective clothing, jewelry, personal belongings and household furnishings.

Not long after the judgment was announced, Gino's attorney told Us Weekly that it was a favorable outcome for his client. However, they also alleged that Jasmine sought additional financial benefits she was not entitled to during the proceedings, and that's the reason that the court ruled in Gino's favour and rewarded him spousal support. The attorney's statement reads:
"Basically, in a nutshell, my client is a super nice guy. He offered from the very beginning for each party to walk away keeping their own property... She asked for money she was not entitled to. Then, he attempted to default him in an out-of-state court. At which point, my client was forced to defend himself. The result, she's paying my client money and he is not paying her one red cent."

In a statement shared with Us Weekly, Jasmine's attorney, Andrew J. Tahmazian, said his client has remained silent despite repeated criticism, but now that the divorce has been finalized, she will no longer stay silent. Tahmazian told the publication:
"My client has exercised remarkable restraint despite repeated public accusations that we believe are false and damaging. The legal process has concluded, yet the public attacks have not."
Jasmine's team further stressed that they will no longer tolerate what they describe as defamatory statements targeting the reality TV star. They revealed that a formal cease-and-desist notice has already been issued, warning that if the alleged false and damaging claims continue, Jasmine will seek the available remedies. Her legal team noted:
"We are issuing a formal cease-and-desist demand, and if these defamatory statements continue, we are fully prepared to pursue every legal remedy available."

Pineda’s manager, Dominique Enchinton, also addressed the reality star’s divorce in a statement. According to Enchinton, after everything she has had to endure, the reality star now wants to focus on her future, now that the divorce is finally settled. Jasmine agreed to the settlement to prioritize her children, family and future. Her manager told the publication:
"The final divorce resolution speaks louder than months of interviews, online commentary, and accusations. Jasmine chose peace over prolonged litigation. She honored a settlement so she could close this chapter and focus on her children, her family, and her future."
Palazzolo and Pineda first met online in 2019 before becoming fan favorites on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days. They married in June 2023, but their relationship quickly became known for explosive arguments, trust issues and repeated clashes over their future together. After the pair agreed to an open relationship, things took a turn for the worst, and Gino later publicly regretted the decision.

Eventually, Jasmine moved on with her current partner, Matt Branistareanu, and the couple welcomed their daughter, Matilda, in March 2025. She also has two sons, Juance and JC, from a previous relationship. Gino, meanwhile, also embraced the open marriage arrangement and began dating a woman named Natalie. Fans quickly noticed the resemblance between Natalie and Jasmine. However, the relationship eventually ended, with Gino later claiming that Jasmine played a role in their breakup.

Both Jasmine and Gino now want to move on from this messy chapter and make their personal happiness a priority. What are your thoughts on their divorce settlement?
