There is no love as strong as a mother's love! She is the only one, who has the courage to give birth to a new life and keeps all her needs aside just for the sake of her little being. The moment a woman steps into the journey of being a mother, her entire life changes 'forever'. From a carefree person, she turns into a protector, a caretaker, and a role model, all for the better future of her baby. However, it is the first flutter of her baby inside her tummy that becomes a milestone for her and she remembers that experience her entire life. And television actor, Nakuul Mehta's wife, Jankee Parekh is enjoying every second of her pregnancy journey. Nakuul and Jankee had made a cutesy pregnancy announcement in November 2021, on their respective Instagram handles. The duo had shared lovely pictures, wherein Jankee was seen flaunting her baby bump in a blue dress, while Nakuul gave a funny expression. Alongside it, Jankee had written, "Our quarantine wasn’t boring at all! We’re going to have a souvenir for life and we CANNOT wait! Our greatest adventure begins!" On the other hand, Nakuul had captioned it as "Best friend < Girl friend < Missus < THIS Circle of life & then some more .. Avec @jank_ee #WeAreExpanding."
Recently, in a joint interview with the Elle magazine, Nakuul and Jankee opened up on their new journey. Nakuul talked about their decision of embracing parenthood amidst the pandemic and said, "Our decision of starting a family was, in a way actualised by nature, giving us this time to slow down and think about our dreams together as partners. As hard as it is to not look back at 2020 with an incredible amount of sadness, we feel together we have been able to garner maximum value out of what was handed to us, and that feels good." Jankee agreed on this and opened up on one of the happiest parts of the journey, which was feeling the first flutter of her baby moving inside her. She said, "spending hours by myself staring at my tummy and experiencing the kicks, flutters, movements of the little one inside of me."
In the same interview, Nakuul opened up on his love story and shared how he had fallen in love at first sight with Jankee in 12th grade. The actor stated, "Our story is a ‘straight out of a Nicholas Sparks novel meets Amit Trivedi music on Anurag Basu visuals’ kind of story. I met Jankee at a Shiamak Davar Dance Summer Camp right after she graduated from her 10th and I had finished my 12th. It was love at every sight for me, and it kept growing until I managed to make awkward introductions." Nakuul also stated that it had taken him one-year to make Jankee realise the bond they share, "I played the proverbial best friend whilst making every effort to win acquiescence. On January 17, 2021, Jankee had taken to her Instagram handle and had shared a lovely birthday wish for her darling hubby, Nakuul. She had shared a couple of pictures from the celebrations with Nakuul and flaunted her pregnancy glow. Alongside it, she had written, "Happy birthday to my Baby Daddy. To the boy who spoils me rotten. To the piece of my heart, I can’t do without. You’ve expanded my life in more ways than I can imagine. May this year be the best year of your LIFE! I loveeeeeeee YOU! Happiest birthday to you baby!"
We remember Jankee had penned a lovely note on New Year. She had taken to her Instagram handle and had posted a beautiful picture with her hubby. In the picture, we could see Nakuul donning a white sweatshirt while Jankee had donned a pastel green dress with a white coat.
