With updates about the Nickyanka wedding pouring in every nanosecond, the latest update about their wedding totally blew our mind! As per earlier reports, Nick and Priyanka were supposed to get married at a Christian wedding in the morning and a Hindu wedding at the night tomorrow (December 02, 2018). But looks like PeeCee and her beau had some other plans. The couple is now married and Papa Jonas, Paul Kevin Jonas Sr. christened the wedding ceremony. The wedding reportedly took place at the backyard of Umaid Bhawan and the couple formally exchanged wedding bands by famous jeweller, Chopard.
As interesting as it could get, from yesterday morning till today (November 30-December 01), shutterbugs were stationed outside the Jodhpur airport to catch a glimpse of all the celebrities who were popping in, every now and then. And then came in one of the most loved families, the family of multitudes of ‘Richie Rich’s’- the Ambani family! The Ambanis have a very good rapport with the Chopras and no wonder the entire clan comprising of their future to-be’s too, attended the bash. Shutterbugs captured Mukesh Ambani, Neeta Ambani, Isha Ambani, Anant Ambani and his rumoured muse, Radhika Merchant in an all-decked-up avatar at the airport, looking all ready for the evening sangeet, yesterday (November 30). This kept us wondering as to where the rest of the family is and without disappointing us, shutterbugs captured the rest of the family comprising of Akash Ambani, fiancée, Shloka Mehta and Isha’s fiancé, Anand Piramal at the airport today morning (Decemeber 01). While we will share a picture, we have an instance worth mentioning for you. What looks like a complete filmy at heart, Isha today, was captured by shutterbugs, wearing a peach apparel but there was something that further accentuated her look! As Isha was feeling cold, her fiancé Anand gave his blazer (the same one which he was wearing at the airport) to his muse to keep her from Jodhpur’s shivering cold! Isn’t that so filmy and cute? Want to see another oh-so-adorable instance of the Ambani family? At the airport yesterday, Neeta was seen holding the hand of her youngest son, Anant’s muse, Radhika Merchant. The ‘probable’ sasu-maa and bahu jodi seems to share a superb camaraderie as Neeta did an extremely sweet gesture by putting Radhika in front of the limelight, rather than herself coming into it! Meanwhile, December 2018 will also witness Isha Ambani and Anand Piramal’s marriage. Isha’s parents recently hosted a grah shanti puja for the soon-to-be bride and she looked stunning, donning a Sabyasachi Mukherjee ensemble. The ace designer shared a few beautiful pictures of the billionaire daughter and captioned the pictures as, “Isha Ambani @_iiishmagish for her Graha Shanti Pooja in a custom hand-painted, hand-embroidered tilla-work lehenga and antique bandhej dupatta. The outfit is a part of the India Revival Project by Sabyasachi.” Here’s a picture:
On October 30, 2018, an official statement from the Ambanis and Piramals confirmed their wedding. The same could be read as, “We are delighted to share that the marriage of Isha Ambani and Anand Piramal will take place in the residence of Shri Mukesh Ambani and Smt. Nita Ambani in Mumbai with family members and close friends on 12th December, 2018. The ceremonies will be performed in accordance with Indian traditions, customs and culture.”
The statement could be further stated, “During the weekend prior to the wedding, the Ambani and Piramal families will host their friends and family in Udaipur, where they are partnering with artisans and craftsmen to integrate local culture and traditions into the festivities. As per the ‘Forbes India Rich List 2018’ as expected, Isha Ambani’s father, Mukesh Ambani, Chairman of Reliance Industries, rules the list with a net worth of Rs 371,000 crore! Yes, you read that just right! Heiress of the Reliance Industries, Isha Ambani is now an engaged lady to Piramal Industries Executive Director, Anand Piramal. Don’t you want to know where they rank on the list and their net worth? Isha’s in-laws, the Piramals have been ranked as 24th on the list with a net worth of Rs 38,900 crore. Whoa!
