Isha Ambani Piramal Makes Heads Turn In A Heavily-Embroidered Lehenga Paired With A Plain Dupatta

By carving a niche for herself in the business and being ranked second on Forbes' 'Youngest Billionaire Heiresses' list in 2008, Isha Ambani Piramal is a name that comes as an inspiration for millions of girls out there. An Ivy-League graduate from Yale University with a degree in psychology and South Asian studies, Isha was also the one, who had seeded the idea of Jio in her father, Mukesh Ambani. Apart from being an inspiration with her professional achievements, Isha also frequently gives major goals with her sartorial picks. (Also Read: Shloka Mehta's Unique Choli With A Gorgeous Pink-Coloured Lehenga Is An Inspiration For Bridesmaids)

Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani’s daughter, Isha Ambani had added the surname, ‘Piramal’ to her name after her wedding with beau, Anand Piramal on December 12, 2018. Even before her wedding, Isha has been impressing us with her sheer elegance and grace, and we are often left floored with her ‘oh-so-gorgeous’ fashion statements, be it traditional or western. And with wedding season around the corner, one of the youngest billionaire heiresses of the world, Isha’s latest outfit will give you a cue to what to wear for the upcoming weddings.

There have been pictures and videos emerging on the internet from the upcoming wedding in the Ambani clan. Mukesh Ambani and Anil Ambani’s nephew is tying the knot and oh-so-stunning pictures of the gorgeous Ambani ladies have been surfacing on the internet. For one of the pre-wedding functions, Isha donned yet another Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla creation, which is one of her prettiest lehengas we’ve ever seen. Isha dazzled in a soft-pink lilac-coloured lehenga with finely embroidered floral prints and a matching choli. Isha amazingly pulled off a plain dupatta with her ensemble. Her look was accentuated with a diamond choker, bangles and a statement ring. For the makeup, Isha opted for a dewy sheen, glossy lips and highlighted cheeks.

With this upcoming family wedding, it is Isha Ambani Piramal’s saree/lehenga looks that we eagerly look forward to. Designer duo, Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla’s Instagram page contained ethereal pictures of Isha as she had donned a lacy, lilac saree, with her hair left loose, minimal diamond jewellery and what looked like an exquisite diamond kamarbandh, which was a complete show-stealer. Her pictures were captioned as “The Ethereal Isha Ambani Piramal in a custom hand-embroidered French lace sari by Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla.” (Also Read: Shloka Mehta Wore A Short Red One Shoulder Dress And Diamonds, It's A Perfect Pick For A Date Night)

The billionaire heiress, Isha Ambani Piramal, who dons a lehenga better than no one, had looked up to celebrity designer duo, Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla for her wedding ensemble. While she had rocked in an ivory lehenga, we really loved how Isha had included her mother, Nita Ambani's wedding saree as a major part of her wedding attire. Isha had worn her mother, Nita's 35-year-old red wedding saree, as her dupatta (as you can see it in the picture), with her main ivory wedding ensemble done by designer duo, Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla.

In an interview with the Vogue, Isha Ambani Piramal had thrown some light on her fashion preferences and was quoted as saying, "At work, I love wearing Indian clothes... cotton kurtas with block prints. I think it's one of the greatest things about being Indian—our clothes! I used to hate dressing up in business formals during my time in America. It was a nightmare to get into a blazer. It works well for slim bodies, but how do you wear a pencil skirt if you have a curvy body?" Revealing her favourite designers, Isha had continued, "Off work, I like wearing international and Indian designers—Valentino, Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla, Dolce & Gabbana, Manish Malhotra, Celine and Sabyasachi are some of my favourites. I love when a garment fits just right, and that's not easy. For my comfort picks, I switch between my salwar kameez, Lululemon sweats and cosy sweaters."

For the Graha Shanti puja, before her December 2018 wedding, Isha Ambani Piramal had chosen to wear a hand-painted, hand-embroidered, tilla-work lehenga with a bandhej dupatta or in other words, a royal custom Sabyasachi lehenga for the religious occasion. Sabyasachi had given a sneak peek of Isha on his Instagram handle and had described her look in the caption, which could be read as “Isha Ambani @_iiishmagish for her Graha Shanti Pooja in a custom hand-painted, hand-embroidered tilla-work lehenga and antique bandhej dupatta. The outfit is a part of the India Revival Project by Sabyasachi. Her look is accessorised with a necklace and earring set featuring uncut Syndicate diamonds and Zambian emeralds.
