Is Angelina Jolie Jealous Of Brad Pitt? Source Revealed, 'She Can't Stand It When...'

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, once the ‘golden couple' of Hollywood, have found themselves in the headlines once again. While it is widely known among fans that they had a pretty messy split, the controversy surrounding the same heightened after the former couple's eldest son, Maddox, recently filed legal documents to officially drop “Pitt” from his surname. According to reports, he has requested to change his legal name to Maddox Chivan Jolie. Amid this, an old report where a source defended Brad and claimed that Angelina was attempting to tarnish her ex-husband's reputation has emerged. 

When a source claimed that Angelina Jolie “can't stand it” when Brad Pitt does well 

Brad Pitt had earned critical acclaim for his role in the Formula One movie, F1. However, before the film's release, he had to allegedly fight several “leaked” stories by Angelina Jolie. These stories painted a damaging picture of Brad's personal life as they claimed that he had “cut off” his eldest adopted sons, Maddox and Pax. According to the reports, their relationship with their father, Brad Pitt, was “unfixable.”  

However, coming to the actor's defence, a source turned down all the claims while speaking to News Nation. They said, “It's all bull—, and to be expected. Anytime Brad has a major project out or is in the news for something good, all these stories get ‘leaked’ that try to damage him.” According to the source, Angelina was the one to blame for all of this. They added:

“We all know where these stories come from. Angelina can't stand it when Brad does well.”

The insider went on to further defend Brad, saying that the Once Upon a Time in Hollywood actor is completely committed to his children. They said, “He will never cut them off. If anyone blew their legacy, it would be Angelina.” The source also briefly touched upon the highly publicised legal battle between Angelina and Brad over the French vineyard, Chateau Miraval, where the duo had tied the knot back in 2014. They said:

“Chateau Miraval was supposed to be for the kids — their legacy. Angelina sold her half for cash. Brad still has his half, and it is to be left for his children. All of them.”

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's son, Pax, had called his father a “despicable person”

The same source for News Nation had also commented on Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's children, especially Pax. According to them, Pax was admitted to a hospital at the time due to his antics and claimed that “the kid is a mess.” They said that Brad worries about Pax a lot, but he can't do much since his son is over 18, parties too hard and does not speak with his father. It is worth noting that Pax had once publicly spoken out about his grievances against his dad. Back in 2020, he took to his social media to criticise Brad and the way he had made his family's life miserable. According to him, his dad was an “awful human being,” who had a hand in making the lives of those close to him a living hell. He said:

“You have made the lives of those closest to me a constant hell…The truth will come to light some day. So Happy Father's Day, you fu--ing awful human being. You time and time again prove yourself to be a terrible and despicable person. You have no consideration or empathy toward your four youngest children, who tremble in fear when in your presence. You will never understand the damage you have done to my family because you are incapable of doing so.”
