Igho was a British-Nigerian businessman and content creator who passed away at 43 following complications stemming from a cosmetic surgery. He was vacationing with his wife, Dani Allen in Thailand, where he also underwent a complex medical procedure. Dani was with Igho in his final moments before his untimely passing.

Igho 'Tiny' Ubiribo passed away after a cosmetic genital enlargement surgery went wrong. The procedure took place at a clinic in Bangkok, Thailand, where he was on holiday with his fashion designer wife, Danielle Simba Allen, also known as Dani Allen. According to reports and court testimonies, Igho was injected with 40ml of hyaluronic acid and lidocaine in his genital area as part of the procedure.
While the procedure produces the desired result, it's extremely risky and can cause several side effects. According to the Cleveland Clinic, the surgery can lead to loss of sensation, erectile dysfunction, infection, inflammation, and a bend in the new genital shape due to scarring. Shortly after undergoing the cosmetic procedure, Igho went to get a massage with his wife, where he reportedly began experiencing severe chest pain and passed out twice.
Igho was then rushed to Sukhumvit Hospital, where the medical staff reportedly performed CPR for more than 100 minutes to revive him. However, the efforts went in vain, and the British-Nigerian influencer lost consciousness and subsequently died. A UK post-mortem examination later confirmed that the filler material had entered Igho's bloodstream and traveled to his lungs, triggering a pulmonary embolism.
For the unversed, pulmonary embolism is a sudden blockage of a lung artery, most commonly caused by a blood clot traveling through a vein. Igho died in the early hours of March 6, 2026, and he was laid to rest during a funeral in London in May 2026. Four months later, in September 2026, the details surrounding Igho's death were made public after UK coroner Jean Harkin performed an inquest and confirmed the same to TMZ.
Following Igho 'Tiny' Ubiribo's tragic demise, his friend, known as Celebrity Bar Man, shared touching video footage of the ceremony. If reports are to be believed, the influencer was laid to rest in a USD 745,000-worth gold coffin. Igho was known for his luxurious lifestyle, and, according to Celebrity Bar Man's tribute post, it was maintained even after his death. The post could be read as:
"Rest Easy Brother @ego2222. Even In Death, The Lifestyle Was Kept For You. Today London Stood Still For You Tiny, We Love You, We Celebrate You & We Will Never Forget You Brother, We Lived Bro, Good Memories."
