Well, we are talking about the Indian cricket team’s star batsman and the Indian Premier League’s (IPL) team, Mumbai Indian’s captain, Rohit Sharma, who recently got engaged to his best friend, Ritika Sajdeh.
And, for all the fans of Rohit Sharma, here is all about the journey of this adorable couple from being best friends to becoming life partners.
As per reports, Ritika is a sports event manager and she takes care of Rohit’s cricket engagements. The two are believed to have known each other for the last six years.
Ritika is also the rakhi sister of the Indian cricketer, Yuvraj Singh.
Rohit proposed to his lady love at a place that holds a lot of importance in his life. He popped the question to her at the Borivali Sports Club, Mumbai, the same place where he started his career.
The cricketer shared the news of his engagement through Twitter, as he posted a picture with Ritika and wrote:
“From best friends to soulmates, couldn't get any better.”
