It is rightly said that time flies by with a blink of an eye! Seems like yesterday when Soha Ali Khan and Kunal Kemmu announced the arrival of their little angel, Inaaya Naumi Kemmu. And now, this little munchkin is just a few days away from turning one-year-old. Inaaya joined the popularity of her star-studded family and became an internet sensation within no time. Inaaya and her 21-month-old cousin, Taimur Ali Khan (son of Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan) make it to the headlines almost every day. They are often spotted going on playdates with each other, family get-togethers and vacations, or just strolling around the city. There isn’t a single day when the readers are not delighted by their cuteness and charm.
Inaaya is often captured by the shutterbugs in her frown and curious expressions. Unlike her usual captures, Inaaya’s fresh batch of pictures is all about smiling and waving at the paparazzi. Much to our delight, Inaaya seemed to be in a good mood and the little one is getting used to the paparazzi and media around her. Just recently, when entire Maharashtra is celebrating their much-awaited festival, Ganesh Chaturthi, Soha Ali Khan and Kunal Kemmu along with their daughter Inaaya Naumi Kemmu also went for Ganpati Darshan at Arpita Khan Sharma’s house. It is Inaaya's first Ganesh Chaturthi this year, and her parents made sure she gets the blessing from the almighty. Inaaya was adorably dressed in traditional yellow and rani pink coloured lehenga, and twinned with her mother, Soha Ali Khan, who wore a yellow coloured suit. Amongst many, another first of Inaaya Naumi Kemmu was her recent family vacation to the Maldives. The Khan Pataudi clan including Saif Ali Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Taimur Ali Khan, Soha Ali Khan, Kunal Kemmu and Inaaya Naumi Kemmu went to the Maldives for a family vacay and her holiday pictures did give everyone FOMO feels. In a photo shared by Soha on her Instagram handle, she can be seen tightly hugging Inaaya before their dip in the sea. The Saheb, Biwi Aur Gangster 3 actress captioned it, “First times”.
When Inaaya turned six months old, Soha and Kunal celebrated her half-birthday, and Soha shared a glimpse of the celebrations. Soha captioned the picture as, “It may not be your full birthday but any reason to celebrate you is a good one.” Inaaya was born on September 29, 2017, and ever since then, the little one has taken up most of her mommy’s time. Speaking about it, Soha had once stated, “I think everyone keeps asking what my next project is. I think project Inaaya is taking up most of my time right now and quite happily so.”
In a throwback interview with The Indian Express, The Perils of Being Moderately Famous author talked about what she has learnt from her daughter. Soha was quoted as saying, "The one thing I have learned from my daughter is not to stress. Kids are very resilient. They grow up and become their own individuals. They have their own personalities, so as much as you try to force your ways, they will rebel. You have to learn to be calm."
Talking about the changes in her travelling pattern, Soha had shared in the same interview, “I used to travel light. I never liked to stay in lines and check-ins. But now with Inaaya, you have a lot of stuff with you when you travel and you have to be very organized about it. We recently took a flight to Delhi from there to Pataudi house which is about an hour. I was worried how she would respond to it but she was quite good. Also, we have taken long drives. My concerns have always been if we have enough things to keep her entertained, nappies, milk and other necessities. The first time we were very scared but the more you do it, you become confident.
