"Trying to get some work done but this 9th month fatigue is really kicking in."

Ileana has been quite vocal about her pregnancy journey and she often drops glimpses of this new phase of her life. For instance, on June 23, 2023, the soon-to-be mommy had hosted an 'Ask Me Anything' session on her IG stories, wherein she answered her fans' questions about her pregnancy journey and much more. During the session, one of her admirers asked about how she felt when she heard her to-be-born baby's heartbeat for the first time. Answering the question, Ileana revealed that it was the most beautiful moment of her life. In her words:
"One of the most beautiful moments I have ever experienced. I can't even describe how overwhelmed I was. There was tears and happiness and so much relief and joy. A massive surge of love for a tiny seed that was going to be a full-grown baby soon."
On June 2, 2023, Ileana had shared a series of priceless pictures from her babymoon on her IG handle. In the pictures, the soon-to-be mommy gave us a glimpse of her babymoon destination, food and many other things. However, it was the last picture that caught raised eyebrows. The picture featured Ileana enjoying dinner with a mystery man. Moreover, it was her stunning engagement ring that raised many eyebrows. In the photo, we could see Ileana's hand, which was adorned with a diamond ring, while the man also sported an engagement ring.

Radiating her pregnancy glow, Ileana shared her experience of baby kicks in her tummy. The actress even penned a note and mentioned that the baby inside her tummy starts kicking when she tries to sleep. Her note could be read as:
"When you want to get some sleep, but baby nugget decides to have a dance party in your belly."
