For the unversed, Ileana shocked her fans after she announced her pregnancy on April 28, 2023, by dropping two adorable pictures on her IG handle. Though the soon-to-be mommy has not revealed her to-be-born baby's father's identity, she keeps on dropping priceless glimpses of this new journey of her life. And now, Ileana shared how the third trimester of the pregnancy has been treating her.
On June 25, 2023, Ileana D'Cruz took to her Instagram stories and dropped a beautiful picture of herself. In the picture, the soon-to-be mommy can be seen taking a selfie while relaxing in the shower. Undoubtedly, the pregnancy glow was unmissable on Ileana's face. Sharing the picture, she even opened up about how the third trimester of the pregnancy has been treating her. Talking about the same, the mom-to-be revealed that she is experiencing fatigue as she is in the last leg of her third trimester. Atop it, the soon-to-be mumma penned:
"K they weren't kidding about the third trimester fatigue."

On June 23, 2023, Ileana had hosted an 'Ask Me Anything' session on her IG handle. The actress was seen addressing her fans' questions about her pregnancy journey and much more. During the session, one of her fans asked about how she felt when she heard her to-be-born baby's heartbeat for the first time. In the reply, the soon-to-be mommy revealed that it was the most beautiful moment of her life. She also stated that she couldn't describe her feelings in words. Elaborating more on it, Ileana had said:
"One of the most beautiful moments I have ever experienced. I can't even describe how overwhelmed I was. There was tears and happiness and so much relief and joy. A massive surge of love for a tiny seed that was going to be a full-grown baby soon."
Earlier, on May 4, 2023, Ileana had shared her picture of herself pon her Ig handle and opened up about her pregnancy journey. In the picture, the mom-to-be was seen lying on her bed and trying to get some sleep. Radiating her pregnancy glow, Ileana shared her experience of baby kicks in her tummy. The actress even penned a note and mentioned that the baby inside her tummy starts kicking when she tries to sleep. Her note could be read as:
"When you want to get some sleep, but baby nugget decides to have a dance party in your belly."

For the unversed, it was on April 18, 2023, when Ileana had announced her pregnancy at the age of 36. Taking to her IG handle, the actress dropped two adorable pictures to share her 'good news' with her fans. In the first photo, Ileana showed a grey-hued onesie with a label on it that read, 'And so the Adventure begins'. The following picture was a closeup of a pendant with the word 'mama' carved. Along with it, the soon-to-be mommy penned a small note and expressed her happiness over embracing motherhood. Her note could be read as:
"Coming soon. Can’t wait to meet you my little darling."
