And it was on August 1, 2023, when the diva welcomed her son, whom she named Koa Pheonix Dolan. Since Ileana became mom, she has been providing her fans with some cutesy glimpses of her baby boy, and yet the same happened as the new mom of the town stepped out for a lunch date with her little prince for the first time.
Taking to her IG handle, on October 13, 2023, Ileana D’Cruz dropped a cute photo with her baby boy, Koa Pheonix Dolan. In the photo, we can see the diva acing her mommy duties as she was out for lunch with her baby boy for the first time. For the day, Ileana slipped into a white hued-outfit featuring a thing high slit. With a denim jacket, a black cool hat, and a pair of crisp white sneakers, Ileana completed her uber-cool look for the day. Moreover, it was the baby boy who grabbed all the limelight. Although in the photo, we can not see the face of Koa, we can see her teeny-tiny legs adorned with tiny shoes. The baby boy can be seen getting adored by his mumma, and oh boy, it's all things heart-melting. Sharing the photo, Ilenana wrote:

Moreover, it was the diva's pale look, dark circles, and messy hair that spoke volumes about the stress she had been going through being worried about her baby boy. In one photo, Ileana could be seen holding her baby boy close to her heart, and the other photo featured the baby boy's tiny fingers on her mom's chest.
It was on October 1, 2023, when Ileana D'Cruz shared a cutesy picture with her baby boy, Koa Phoenix Dolan, as the little one completed two months.
