The former couple shared 60 years of age gap, and it was clearly visible that Crystal wasn't happy in the marriage. She was with Hugh till he took his last breath.

Before the couple's marriage, Crystal Hefner made explosive statement for Hugh Hefner. The then-24-year-old stated that she had sex only once with Hugh Hefner. However, it ended quickly with the then 85-year-old Playboy mogul. She told on the Howard Stern Show that sex with the 85 year old lasted just two second, and she just walked away.
Crystal stated that she wasn't turned on by Hugh. Not only this, but she also revealed that Hugh never took off his clothes and she never saw him naked. She said:
"Then I was just over It. I was like 'Ahhh.' I was over it. I just like, walked away. I'm not turned on by Hef, sorry. He doesn't really take off his clothes. I've never seen Hef naked."
It is worth adding that in 2011, Crystal and Hugh were all set to get married but they called off their wedding just five days before the due date. At the time, Hugh shared a post stating that the wedding is off and Crystal has had a change of heart. However, within just two weeks, he had two new blonde girlfriends Shera Berchard and Anna Sophia Berglun.
It is worth mentioning that when Hugh died at the age of 91 at his LA home from natural causes, he left USD 5 million in the name of Crystal. Not only this, but he had also left a lavish home in the Hollywood Hills which had five bedrooms and an outdoor infinity pool with a modern kitchen. It also has a screening room and games room with a poker and table and pool. However, she never shifted there.
Hugh Hefner's fortune was split between his four children from his previous two marriages. He was first married to Mildred Williams and they have a daughter aged 64 named Christie and a son, David, who is 52 years old.
Hugh got married to Mildred in 1949 but they parted ways after nine years. His first wife admitted that she had cheated on him while he was serving in the army, and it was the big blow in their marraige. He stayed bachelor for almost three decades before settling down with Kimberley Conrad. The had two sons anmed Marston and Cooper. The couple got divorced after 11 years.
After Hugh Hefner's death, Crystal Hefner clearly stated that she regretted marrying Hugh Hefner. She claimed that she lost the best years of her life marrying one of the most famous men in the world and thinking that she made it, but in reality she made herself look smaller for his world to look bigger. She said:
"But yes, I regret it. I regret being in my mid-20s and thinking that marrying one of the most famous men in the world meant that I had finally made it, that I finally mattered or had value. I regret the years I spent making myself smaller so his world could feel bigger."
Crystal regretted that she learnt to stay quiet when she should have spoken out. She abandoned herself to survive in the enviornment and it took her years to understand what was actually happening to her. She revealed that people never wanted her to express her emotions and forever remain the grateful young wife and the lucky girl.
