Tagged as the Greek God of the industry, Hrithik Roshan can swoon everyone with his charm and terrific performances. His entry into stardom began with his very first film, Kaho Naa Pyar Hain (2000), directed by his father, Rakesh Roshan, after which he became a huge sensation. The actor got humongous fame and fan following.
It was a chance encounter at a traffic signal, which led to the beginning of Hrithik’s love story with Sussanne Khan. Soon the duo started seeing each other, fell in love and got married. Unfortunately, ahead of their 13th wedding anniversary, the news of their split broke millions of hearts.

Many thought it was Sussanne, who was at fault, and others blamed Hrithik’s closeness to his co-actresses that led to the split. One such alleged relationship of Hrithik was with actress, Kareena Kapoor. There were many reports of the two and their closeness. Once, Hrithik addressed those rumours and called it ‘absurd’ and ‘sick’.
As per a report in TellyChakkar, Hrithik Roshan once called out the false report and slammed the media for the same. Talking about the scandalous gossip written about him, Hrithik said:
“The absurdity didn’t stop there. Kareena was supposed to be forcing me to love her, while I was telling her to get lost. Arrey! It’s so sick. I’m sure because the whole story was fabricated they didn’t mention our names. It’s so easy to concoct malicious stories without mentioning names.”

Going further in the interview, Hrithik also talked about Kareena’s plight for reading all these fake rumours. Revealing how she was misunderstood by the media, Hrithik continued:
“I don’t feel bad for myself. I only feel bad for her. Because she’s such a sweet girl. She’s been completely misunderstood and misrepresented in the media.”
Kareena had worked with Hrithik at the beginning of her career in the film, Yaadein (2001) and later in Main Prem Ki Diwaani Hoon (2003). It was Kareena, who was totally smitten by Hrithik and started having feelings for him, and despite being a married man, Hrithik too reciprocated. The repercussions were such that Hrithik’s family had to intervene and had asked Bebo to maintain distance from the star. Once in a throwback interview with Filmfare, Kareena talked about the rumours and said:
“Please give me a break. I am neither besotted with married men nor will I have affairs with them. Married men would be detrimental to my career. Ask the producers, directors and distributors why all of them are hell-bent on signing Duggu (Hrithik Roshan) and me together. Quite obviously because we are a hot pair. So there."
Both Kareena and Hrithik have cleared the stance of being good friends with each other and are happily settled in their personal lives.
