Even after their separation, the two always make sure to be with each other, be it a family dinner or a vacation, they always take out time to spend with their families. Tagged once as an epitome of a perfect couple, Hrithik Roshan and Sussanne Khan had broken many hearts when they had announced their separation. The news came as a shocker for all their fans when the couple had decided to part ways after 14 years of marital bliss. The two have beautifully taken their responsibilities as parents and have been managing the responsibilities of their kids, Hrehaan Roshan and Hridhaan Roshan. The ex-couple had been spending quality time with their kids and family in France.
While scrolling down Sussanne Khan’s Instagram handle, we stumbled upon a picture where Hrithik and Sussanne were seen enjoying a dinner night with their family. Raising a toast, all of them looked happy as they posed and smiled for the camera. Sussanne looked adorable in a grey cardigan while Hrithik kept it casual in a black full sleeves t-shirt, denim, jacket and a winter cap. Take a look at the picture.
On January 6, 2020, Sussanne Khan had taken to her Instagram handle and had shared a series of pictures from their vacation. In the pictures shared by Sussanne, she could be seen enjoying the snow with her kids, Hrithik and their families. She had captioned the images as “The ‘Modern’ Family. 2 boys, A Mom and A Dad. Cousins and brothers, Sisters, Grandparents, Granduncle n aunt And 2 friends... new bonds and a heartfull of smiles. Everyday life that feels empowering 2020 here we come.. Hrithik and Sussanne were considered the ideal couple of Bollywood. Although the two had known each other since childhood and it was Hrithik, who had spotted Sussanne at a traffic signal and had fallen for her instantly. After one year of courtship and 17 years of pure marital bliss, the couple had mutually ended their marriage in the year, 2013. Even after their separation, they share mutual respect and cordial relation with each other. On December 16, 2019, Sussanne had taken to her Instagram handle and had shared pictures from the U2 concert which she attended with Hrithik, kids and close friends.
In an interview with the DNA, Hrithik had opened up about his friendly equation with Sussanne. He had said, “It's sad that my equation with Sussanne is looked upon as rare when it should be common practice to strive towards peace and happiness, especially for our children. Even now, some people ask me why I am so good to my ex, and I explain to them that as a father, I am bringing up two men, and they need to know that their mother is loved and respected. They need to learn that two people can be separated but still stand united as a family."
Despite all the linkup rumours and ups and downs in Hrithik’s life, Sussanne has always stood by his side like a pillar of strength. Hrithik, in an interview with the Filmfare, had spoken about his relationship with Sussanne post-divorce and had said, “I share a wonderful relationship with Sussanne. She’s been and still is a huge part of my life. Just like me, she’s someone who’s constantly striving to be a better human being. It’s nice when people tell me that our relationship is inspiring for them. At the same time, it’s sad that it’s rare for separated couples to find a peaceful, happy and healthy equation. That should change.
