Being a vegan means avoiding any and every animal-based product. But having a wedding in India, without using milk, ghee, curd, paneer, khoya, etc. can be a really tough task. The best way to deal with this obstacle is to shortlist at least three to four caterers, and discuss with them in detail about your requirements and expectations about food. Even if a caterer is known for their non-vegetarian specialities, do not rule them out completely. They might come up with some interesting suggestions or delicious alterations to the regular menus.
