She is also asking Ethan Klein to pay her legal fees and to restore her maiden name. For those who are not aware, Hila's maiden surname is Hacmon. According to reports, "Disso Queen" Laura Wasser filed the petition.

The fashion designer said she tried to talk to Ethan about her doubts, but he dismissed her.
However, she eventually found out about the lies and decided to leave Ethan Klein. The YouTuber also addressed the speculations. However, he didn't deny or confirm that he had cheated. Instead of discussing the details of his relationship, he asked people not to contact his family members. He also urged people and the media not to approach his close ones for comments. He also claimed he was working to hand over all his project rights to Hila.
Since the news surfaced, social media users have been abuzz with theories, sharing video clips from Ethan Klein's old podcast where his behavior seemed suspicious.
