Hayden Panettiere's BF Brian's Brother, Zach Called The Cops After He Found The Actress Unconscious

As per recent reports, Hayden had reunited with her abusive ex-BF, Brian Hickerson two weeks before her death. And now, officials claim that Brian and his brother, Zack were present with Hayden during the time of her death.
Brian Hickerson’s brother, Zach Hickerson found Hayden Panettiere in cardiac arrest
As per officials, Hayden and her ex-boyfriend, Brian Hickerson were staying inside an Airbnb rental apartment in Greenville. It was Brian’s brother, Zach Hickerson, who found Hayden in cardiac arrest, while Brian was sleeping in a separate bedroom. Seeing Hayden losing consciousness, Zach called 911 and then woke his brother.
Soon, first responders arrived at the scene and tried to revive Hayden but were unsuccessful, the actress was pronounced dead at 2:32 p.m. When a reporter from the Daily Mail tried to contact Zach, he told the reporter:
“No comment, bro, and with no offense to you and what you’re trying to do, this is private property. Please respect our privacy. I’m not going to answer anything that you ask me. I would appreciate it if you wouldn’t mind just leaving us alone. I know you’re just doing your job.”
A report by TMZ claimed that Hayden Panettiere was on a lot of medication. She had a bag full of medication, and her boyfriend, Brian Hickerson, showed the police all of it. As per reports, there were nine different drugs that were found with her.
Narcan was also found in the apartment where Hayden passed away. It is administered nasally to reverse the effects of an opioid overdose. Hayden's cause and manner of death have not been determined. An autopsy showed no signs of trauma and toxicology results are pending.
Hayden Panettiere secretly reconnected with Brian Hickerson before her death
A source close to Hayden Panettiere revealed that she secretly reconnected with her abusive ex, Brian Hickerson and kept her friends in the dark about it for quite some time. A source close to the couple told Page Six that Brian was supposed to leave, but the two ended up on a flight to South Carolina, where he lives. The source further claimed that Brian kept working on his way to get back into Hayden's life as 'a so-called friend'. But Hayden's close friends were not happy with her involvement of any kind with Brian.
After Hayden’s friends learned about her involvement with Brian, they got concerned about the actress. They were certain that Brian would once again drag her into an emotionally vulnerable situation. As per the source:
"Hayden seemed to be doing well [recently], but there was still concern among her friends and inner circle. Especially because she started spending time with Brian again. That relationship and association had led her down a dark path in the past, so her friends and inner circle were worried for her. There were concerns, and her friends really hoped she was doing OK."
For the unversed, Hayden and Brian began dating in 2018, and the actress was subjected to a series of domestic abuse incidents between 2019 and 2020. Brian was arrested in 2021 and was sentenced to 45 days in county jail. Apart from this, he was given four years of formal probation, 52 mandatory domestic violence classes and a five-year restraining order.
Hayden's passing has left a big void. We pray for her family and friends in this toughest time.
