Lock Upp 2's Harshad Chopda And Shivangi Joshi Hit Back At Shilpa Shinde For Calling Them Love Birds

Lock Upp 2 makers recently dropped another promo on Netflix. This one is interesting as Harshad Chopda and Shivangi Joshi, who have been linked, slammed Shilpa Shinde. This is because Shilpa called them 'love birds' and, once and for all, Harshad and Shivangi set the record straight.

As seen in the latest promo, Shilpa Shinde refers to Harshad Chopda and Shivangi Joshi as lovebirds. She says, "In dono lovebirds ke liye main bilkul adjust nahi karungi." This was after Harshad and Shivangi asked for a separate cell. The Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlta Hai actress said, "Ek second, ye lovebirds lovebirds kya kar rahi hain Shilpa ji"?

Shilpa is seen shooing Harshad and Shivangi away and tells, "Jao yar, lovebirds." Harshad has clearly maintained that he has a good friendship with Shivangi. The actor lost his cool and clarified that he only sees Shivangi as a friend. Slamming Shilpa, Harshad said:

"Bakar kyun karti hain yaar, lovebird lovebird. Dosti nahi dekhi hai kabhi zindagi mein. Shaadi ki umar hai, afwahein uda rahi ho uske bare mein aap."

A user seeing both clarifying their equation wrote, "I wanted to see Shivangi and Harshad to be in opposite teams. The show is getting boring day by day…it feels so repetitive….nothing interesting happening….even the promos have lost that boost…throwing out impactful contestants does have an impact on the show." Harshad, who recently had revealed of sliting his wrist when his ex-girlfriend cheated on him, had made his stance clear. He revealed that Shivangi was just a friend to him, while the actress also revealed that one friend was very important in life.

Another one wrote, "Harshad ne sahi bola pahli bar Shilpa ko jawab dia tolerance ka bhi ek limit hota hai. Bardasht karne ki bhi limit hoti hai. Harshad ne sahi kiya. A user told the naysayers to burn in jealousy as they don't have a friend like Harshad in their lives. The user commented on Shilpa Shinde provoking him all the time and the actor reacting. A part of the comment read:

All his actions are justified, and sometimes you need to speak up like this, or else ppl will use your kindness as your weakness in a show like this! For the unversed, according to social media discussions, Harshad Chopda has always been overprotective towards Shivangi Joshi. They also feel that both of them are being paid a lot and that, as the show needs drama, the love story is being forced here. Some Redditors also commented that Shivangi Joshi will never marry Harshad Chopda.

This is because the actor reportedly is at a stage in life where he is vocal about finding a wife and life partner.
