Anil Kapoor and Sunita Kapoor’s 28-year-old son, Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor is known to keep his personal life, private but that doesn’t mean he shies away from showing how much he loves his family, especially his sisters.
On September 2, 2019, Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor took to his Instagram and flaunted the two tattoos he had gotten on his back. Harsh got his sisters, Sonam Kapoor Ahuja and Rhea Kapoor’s first names inked on his back in Hindi. Harsh captioned his post as “V taper #mondaymotivation @sonamkapoor @rheakapoor.” Soon, it flooded with comments like, “Bhai ho tho aisa”, “I want a brother like you. Feeling great to see you”, “Forget biceps and fitness I am staring at those tattoos”. Isn’t it such an adorable thing to do? We are in awe!
In 2018, #SonamKiShaadi had set a whole new trend on how marriages should look like. In a picture that had gone viral from Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja’s May 2018 wedding had her brothers, holding the red chunni and posing for a picture. It was the same red chunni that they had hold over their sister’s head as she had walked down the aisle. The dapper Kapoor boys had flaunted a traditional look with pagdi tied over their heads.
When Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor was then asked what he would gift his sister and hone wale jiju, Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja for their wedding, the doting brother had jokingly replied, “A hug… That’s a joke. A lot of love. I am broke. Have you seen the kind of movies I am doing? They don’t pay very well (laughs). So, I don’t have anything to give her, but a lot of love.” He had further shared, “I am really happy that she is getting married, and Anand is a great guy. Speaking about Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja wedding, Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor had later stated, “Marriage was a lot of fun. It was supposed to be done abroad initially, but we decided to do it here, because then we could get everybody to attend. Anand is a great guy- a very quiet guy. They are very happy and that’s what is important. In fact, Anand and me are extremely close, we had immediately hit it off.” When asked if there is anything in particular which he likes about his jiju, Anand, the Kapoor lad had remarked, “It’s very difficult to meet people who are uncomplicated. He has no ulterior motive and his soul is pure. Also, Anand has got a very good energy around him; you feel very safe with him.”
On November 09, 2018, i.e., Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor’s birthday, his sister, Sonam Kapoor Ahuja had posted an unseen picture from her wedding with her ‘baby brother’. Posting a picture with Anand Ahuja and Harsh by her side, wherein she could be seen planting a kiss on her brother’s cheeks, Sonam had written, “Happy happy birthday my baby brother. You have no idea how much you’re loved and adored. Keep working hard and keep striving forward and the world will see what a special person you are! @harshvardhankapoor.”
The Kapoor sibling trio never shies away from showcasing the love they have for each other. For an instance, on June 09, 2018, when it was Sonam Kapoor Ahuja’s birthday, Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor had shared the following pic on social media and had beautifully captioned it, “Through thick, through thin, through laughter, through tears... you have always stood tall right by my side...
