Hania Aamir’s popularity is not limited to Pakistan. In just a matter of years, she has risen to immense popularity with her roles in Pakistani dramas like Mere Humsafar, Dil Ruba, Anaa, Mujhe Pyaar Hua Tha, Ishqiya and more. Apart from her performances on-screen, Hania also keeps her 14 million followers on Instagram entertained with her random short videos from her day-to-day life. The actress’ frankness with her massive online community has sometimes landed her in dangerous waters, but she pays no heed to such anonymous noises.
Recently, Hania appeared on BBC Asian Network’s podcast and discussed the various facets of her life, from professional to social and personal. When the duo was talking about Hania’s knack for trending audios and making transition reels on them, the host inquired which was the recent track she’s hooked to. Hania said that she’s obsessing over the song, God Damn, by Badshah and Karan Aujla. The host, Haroon Rashid then talked about Hania’s friendship with the Indian rapper.

He further said that the actress’ actions lead people to think that she’s in a relationship with Badshah. To this, the Pakistani actress explained that the only problem in her life is that she is not married, hence, people often speculate about her relationship status. Sharing her thoughts on the frequent rumours about her love life, Hania said:
“I sometimes think that my only problem is that I'm not married cuz if I was, I would have been away from so many of these rumours.”
The host then added that he knows these rumours are ridiculous, and complimented Badshah and Hania’s camaraderie. He then went on to ask how the Indian rapper became friends with her. While Hania hesitated at first saying that it was a personal question, she then revealed that their friendship began when Badshah had commented on one of her videos. In her words:
“Hey, that's a personal question. Nothing, it was just Instagram, and on one of my crazy reels, he commented something, and my friend went like I think Badshah commented on your post and I was like really and then I looked at it, and he had DM'ed me, so we just spoke a little bit.”

Galaxy Lollywood posted the same excerpt from the hour-long interview on its official Instagram page. Soon, netizens started reacting to Hania’s conversation with Haroon regarding rumours about her relationship with Badshah. One user said, “No, sis, if you'd roam around with guys like this, post cryptic stories with them from time to time, you can't expect people to not speculate what's going on in between!” Another one wrote, “I feel Hania enjoy such rumours. Getting linked with men seems to be her way to get talked about, hence posting such stuff on Instagram.” Meanwhile, a third netizen penned, “The accent is simply cringe.”
Further, in the interview with BBC Asian Network, Hania heaped praise on the Indian rapper, saying that he is a genuine human being. She said that Badshah is a simple and kind human being, aloof from his Badshah persona. The Pakistani actress emphasised that Badshah’s genuity made them good friends and revealed that he would always inquire about Hania’s well-being.
