However, one thing that has not changed is Genelia's charm and her way of showing off her unique style statement. Recently, she had turned bridesmaid for her friend's intimate wedding.
For the unversed, Genelia D'Souza had tied the knot with Riteish Deshmukh and had turned 'Mrs Deshmukh' on February 03, 2012. The duo had met each other for the shoot of their film, Tujhe Meri Kasam, but at that time, never had they ever thought they would be spending a lifetime together. The couple had kept their affair away from the media glares.

Recently, wedding photographer, Omega Productions shared a couple of pictures of a lockdown wedding, which they had covered. In the pictures, we can see Genelia looking gorgeous as she had aced her bridesmaid duties. The gorgeous actress had donned an ivory anarkali kurta with a printed dupatta. She had kept her makeup minimal, and her hair was tied at the back.
Genelia had accessorised her look with a statement gold neckpiece and matching earrings. She had ditched the bangles and had opted for a pandora bracelet and an Apple watch on the other hand. In one of the pictures, we could see Genelia putting kaala teeka on the bride. Check it out:
Talking about Genelia Deshmukh and Ritesh Deshmukh's love story, the madly-in-love couple had opened up about their relationship in an interview with Bollywood Bubble. Riteish had opened up on the dreamy proposal and had shared:
"So what I did was, shaadi ho rahi thi, I told her I have to buy some stuff lets go to Taj. We sat in the car and reached Taj. I stopped the car on the opposite side towards the Gateway (of India) and she asked, ‘Why are you stopping the car here?’."
Riteish had further added that he had persuaded Genelia to walk as there was a lot of traffic. And then he had taken her down the jetty and they had gotten on a speed boat and from which they had gone to a yacht where he had proposed the love of his life.
