Post-wedding, every newly wedded couple has the most hectic schedule for a few months. The couple is often busy visiting their relatives for lunches and dinners as everyone wishes to greet and treat them. It is almost like a busy schedule and amidst that, the two have to look for a few moments with each other. The first few months are not only for the couple to build their bond, but is also a time for the newly weds to get familiar with each other’s extended families. If you don’t remember, Gauahar Khan is a married woman now as she had said qubool hai to her beau, Zaid Darbar on December 25, 2020. While Gauahar had looked like a vision in an ivory sharara with double dupatta, statement neckpiece, maang teeka and a passa on her nikaah, Zaid had twinned with her in an ivory sherwani. The couple is soon going to complete one-month of their wedded life and ahead of it, the two have exchanged jaimalas and the reason for it is too cute.
As we said, Gauahar and Zaid are currently on a spree to visit their friends and families for lunches and dinners and the night of January 21, 2021, was no different. Wearing a gorgeous, grey-toned sharara suit with pink and blue pattern and gotta patti work, Gauahar visited her relatives with her husband, Zaid Darbar. Taking to her IG stories, she shared a series of videos from their dinner get-together, which looked more like a karaoke night. Amidst those, we found a picture of Gauahar and Zaid in jaimala, cutting a cake together. Well, it was Gauahar’s relatives’ sweet gesture that made the newly wedded couple exchange the garlands and cut a cake. Sharing her cousin’s story, Gauahar wrote, “Thank you for the lovely family time” atop it. In one of the videos, we can also see Gauahar and Zaid perform a couple dance on the song, Tum Hi Ho from the film, Aashiqui 2.
The firsts of every newly wedded couple are special and so was Gauahar and Zaid’s first picture with each other as husband and wife. On December 28, 2020, Gauahar and Zaid had shared their first post-wedding pictures on their respective IG handles. In the pictures, Gauahar and Zaid could be seen twinning in grey, with wifey and hubby written on their respective t-shirts. Gauahar had looked gorgeous with her mehendi clad hands, mangalsutra and her huge engagement ring had stolen all our attention. In one of the pictures shared by Gauahar, she was seen blushing while posing with her hubby, Zaid as she could be seen covering her face, and thus giving a glimpse of her huge ring. Sharing the pictures, both Gauahar and Zaid had added a heart emoticon in their captions.
