Former Malayalam actor and Kerala Transport Minister KB Ganesh Kumar is making headlines after his wife, Bindu Menon, levied serious allegations against him. As per multiple reports, Ganesh Kumar’s wife caught him in a compromising position and captured photos as evidence of the same. Ganesh Kumar recently responded to his wife's allegations and revealed that he expected some controversy as elections approached. The Minister replied that personal matters should not be discussed in the media. Revealing how he has been linked with many people in the past, Ganesh Kumar said:

“Love is not a crime. Some people hide it, others make it public. If there is any question regarding my love affairs, I will be very open. I have several affairs. I am very honest with people, and I regard that quality as my success.”

What are the allegations levied by KB Ganesh Kumar’s wife about him?

As per the recent reports, the incident occurred on March 7, 2026, when Ganesh’s wife, Bindu, arrived unexpectedly at the family house in Valakam, where she caught him in a compromising situation. She soon called her sister-in-law, DGP R Sreelekha, who advised her to seek help by calling the emergency helpline 112.

The report further stated that after Bindu called the 112 emergency control room, the police reached the location but didn’t intervene. After the police left the premises, Bindu entered the house and took photographs. As per her, when she was taking his photographs, Ganesh Kumar asked his aides to take her phone away.

DGP R Sreelekha confirmed the news

According to Mathrubhumi reports, Ganesh Kumar’s aides looked at Bindu and tried to snatch the phone. However, during the scuffle, she managed to escape. When she was contacted about the report, she neither confirmed nor denied the incident. But DGP R Sreelekha confirmed the reports and said that Ganesh Kumar’s wife had indeed called her, and after hearing what had happened, she advised her to call 112.

Ganesh Kumar responded to Sreelekha’s allegations against him and said he had dismissed them, adding that whether they were true or not, no one should interfere in his personal matters. He also stated that Sreelekha gave a statement against him out of jealousy. In his words:

“Anyone with a deranged mind can call 112. It is not a big deal. Who is Sreelekha, after all, to interfere in my personal life? She is running amok in jealousy over missing the Mayor post in Thiruvananthapuram.”
