Why Did Gabbie Gonzalez Conspire To Murder Jack Avery? She Is Set For Bail, Restraining Order Is Up

Gabbie Gonzalez, a famous social media influencer and TikTok star, hit the headlines, and that is for all the wrong reasons. She has been alleged to have conspired to murder her ex-boyfriend, Jack Avery.

Reportedly, Gabbie and her father, Francisco Gonzalez, a civil lawyer, and then boyfriend Kai Faron Cordrey, conspired to kill singer Jack Avery, with whom she shares a daughter. Such an incident has left everyone wondering what the reason behind it could be. Gabbie was recently arrested in California, while her father, Francisco, a civil lawyer, was arrested in Central Florida. Recently, TMZ shared an update about the same case.

Gabbie Gonzalez's bail is set at USD 2 million, and she is barred from going near her daughter

As per a recent report in TMZ, Gabbie Gonzale was charged with three criminal charges in connection with her alleged conspiracy to murder her baby's dad, Jack Avery. She, with her father, cooked up a murder-to-hire plot, and according to the prosecutors, this happened during a fight between Gabbie Gonzalez and Jack Avery, in the wake of their nasty custody battle for their child, Lavender.

As per a recent report, Gabbie's bail was set for USD 2 million, and the judge ruled a protective order for her from contacting Jack Avery and their kid. As per TMZ, Jack Avery filed for a temporary restraining order against Gabbie and also sought sole legal and physical custody for their daughter, Lavender. He also doesn't want Gabbie to have any visitations to their daughter during criminal proceedings. Well, the order has been granted, and Gabbie is barred from going within 100 yards of Jack or Lavender, and she cannot even contact them.

Why were Gabbie Gonzalez and her father, Francisco Gonzalez, arrested?

As per reports, the arrest warrant showed that Gabbie Gonzalez and Jack Avery have been involved in a longstanding custody battle for their 7-year-old daughter, Lavender. The battle reportedly has been going on for a long time, and it was Gabbie's father, Francisco, who was deeply involved in the same as well. Reportedly, Francisco hired a PI to run a surveillance of Jack, looking for signs like him drinking, smoking or acting in a way that could very much be used against him to use in court to win the custody of Lavender. Fancisco also reportedly threatened Avery during visitation hours, as reported. 

As per the court documents, during 2020-2021, when Gabbie Gonzalez and Jack Avery were involved in a massive fight, it was during that time that the former reportedly asked her then-beau, Kai Faron Cordrey, to help her find a hitman via the dark web to kill Avery. According to the officials, Kai was offered USD 10K by Gabbie's father to locate and hire a hitman, and the former asked for additional USD 4K, which he was reportedly paid.

It was in 2021 that Kai reportedly started to talk with an undercover law enforcement officer, who posed as a hitman. During the conversation, he reportedly said that Kai was the target and further things, like payments, proof of the murder, were reportedly discussed. Kai allegedly revealed that it was Gabbie who wanted the murder, and her father would pay the expenses. He reportedly mentioned:

"In a subsequent conversation, Cordrey allegedly told the purported hitman that Gabriela Gonzalez wanted the murder to happen and Francisco Gonzalez could pay for the expense."
