The athlete began riding horses in childhood and has often spoken about her father's support in her career. The family faced a struggling period when Sira's sister and Luis's other daughter, Xana, passed away in 2019 from bone cancer.

If the reports are to be believed, Ferran Torres and Sira had been in a relationship from 2021-2023, following which they brokeup.
The reason was not disclosed; however, it was reported that Martinez wanted to focus on her career. During 2024, she sparked several link-up buzz. She was speculated to be romantically linked to Spanish motorcycle racer Alex Marquez and to Torres' Spain team-mate, Robin Le Normand. However, none of these speculations was ever confirmed. However, in 2025, Torres and Sira sparked reconciliation buzz again as they re-followed each other on social media; however, no official confirmation of the same as of now.
To add, following his breakup with Sira, Torres was dating Martina Hunter, a model and influencer. However, recently Spanish journalist Javi de Hoyos revealed that the duo had ended their relationship just before the FIFA World Cup. According to the reporter:
