#1. Nuts

There is a misconception among many people that nuts are fattening. Of course, anything eaten in excess will make you put on weight, however, just a handful of nuts won't do you any harm. Nuts are very good in proteins and they also contain good fats that are needed in your body.

Early morning

  • Two glasses of water,
  • One cup of green tea with lemon, and 
  • 10 mamra almonds.

  • One whole wheat bread with chutney and vegetables (slices of tomato and cucumber). 
  • One saucer-sized uttapam with lots of vegetables in it.

  • A handful of California walnuts.
