Daughter of Hema Malini and Dharmendra, Esha Deol is one of the most renowned actresses in B-Town. Esha has been a part of movies like Na Tum Jaano Na Hum, Dhoom, Kyaa Dil Ne Kahaa, Churra Liya Hai Tumne, and others, and has left the audience impressed with her stunning performances. Despite being a star kid, Esha managed to carve a niche for herself in the industry successfully.
A few moments back, we stumbled upon an unseen throwback video of Esha Deol and her mommy, Hema Malini from a fashion show. The mother-daughter duo was dressed in their respective Kajeevaram sarees styled with a kamarbandh as they turned muse for designer, Sanjukta Dutta. In the video, Esha and Hema can be seen standing on the stage while the latter was busy interacting with the media. The loving mommy praised her daughter, Esha for walking the ramp, months after welcoming her first child into this world.

Hema Malini also mentioned that she and Esha had graced the event to promote the latter's then-upcoming short film, Cakewalk, and shared tidbits about the same. The actress then mentioned that Esha can give a better idea of what the film was about, before handing over the mic to her. However, before Esha could say anything, the show's host asked the media persons not to talk about the film, as their prime focus was to promote the designer.
As a journalist asked a question to Esha, she pretended that she didn't hear it and couldn't comprehend what was being said. Then, she walked to the host and handed over the mic to her saying, "She will answer your queries", and looked visibly miffed. Esha then left the stage and signalled her mom, Hema to follow her. Her rude behaviour left her mother in shock, and she couldn't understand how to react to the situation. However, Hema decided to walk away with her daughter, leaving the entire public confused.

Esha Deol adores her mother, Hema Malini and holds immense respect for her. Once in an interview with Bollywood Bubble, Esha Deol opened up about her journey in Bollywood and revealed how Aditya Chopra selected her for the film, Dhoom. Responding to the same, Esha shared an incident from her selection and revealed that she had to take her mother, Hema Malini's permission to wear a bikini in the film. However, she was surprised to see Hema's casual and cool reaction to the same. Esha said:
“He said that you will have to wear a bikini, so are you ready to do that? So I said just give me one day, let me take permission from my mom whether I can wear a bikini. Then I came home and asked her. I was very scared when I was asking her. Her reaction was very different. She was like yeah, wear. What is in that? You wear it with your friends or when you go on holiday. But, make sure it’s shot nicely. So I went back and told him.”
On the personal front, Esha Deol tied the knot with the love of her life, Bharat Takhtani, on June 29, 2012, and later in October 2017, the couple welcomed their first child, a daughter, Radhya Takhtani. Later, in June 2019, Esha and Bharat again became parents with the birth of their second daughter, Miraya Takhtani. Since then, the family of four has been living their lives to the fullest and enjoying every moment together.
