And after bouts of ‘we are just good friends’ arose one speculation after the other that Erica Jennifer Fernandes and Parth Samthaan are more than ‘just friends’. In fact, a SpotboyE report had quoted a source saying, “It seems that Erica and Parth are now more than just good friends, say the sources we have parked on the sets of Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2. There are hushed whispers on the sets of this Ekta Kapoor show that Erica and Parth have probably developed romantic feelings for each other.”
And then came about a series of refusals on the same from Erica Jennifer Fernandes and Parth Samthaan but as they say, pictures and activities don’t lie! Erica is celebrating her 26th birthday today (May 7, 2019) and she, along with her rumoured beau, Parth Samthaan have flown off to Mussoorie to celebrate! Yes, as per reports, the Kasautii Zindagii Kay co-stars have taken two days off from their hectic schedules (May 06-08, 2019), especially to celebrate her 'big day'. In fact, a videographer is also accompanying them to shoot their travelogue. Both Erica and Parth have taken to their respective Instagram stories to share glimpses from their vacay with their fans. Apart from this, their innumerous fan pages have posted glimpses from Erica’s birthday celebrations and her travel diary with rumoured beau, Parth. Checkout the same here:
Well, coming back to Parth Samthaan and Erica Jennifer Fernandes’ apparent dating spree, The Tribune had quoted a source as saying, “Parth and Erica have been inseparable and are always together. They both arrive on the set together and wait for each other’s pack-up to leave together. They are very fond of each other and clicked since the day they met. Parth is always in Erica’s make-up room and they find their way to each other even in between shots. While we all have been waiting to let the truth out of the horse’s mouth, Erica Jennifer Fernandes, in an interview with the Hindustan Times had shunned all dating rumours and had blurted out the truth. She was quoted as saying, “It is news to me that such rumours are out there. But, I guess, rumours are a part and parcel of the entertainment industry. I have known Parth since we started working together on our TV show and we shoot every day. We are good friends and have a great working relationship. Whenever we chill together, we have a whole bunch of people with us. When we go for events, we are often leaving from our set, so yes, we do leave together. That doesn’t mean we go home together. In fact, we live in different parts of the city.”
Erica Jennifer Fernandes also shared that dating rumours do not bother her and had stated, “People believe what they want to believe. We are good friends but we are not dating. I can’t stop them nor can I explain things to everyone. From day one, we got along well. And link-ups are a common occurrence in shows with romantic storylines. It doesn’t bother me as I know the truth and I can’t stop them.” Erica had also shared if she would ever date an actor, “I can’t say who I would date or not. For me, the person is important, his profession is not.”
In an interview, Parth Samthaan had recalled meeting Erica Jennifer Fernandes for the first time and had stated, “I remember meeting Erica for the first time on the set. We hit it off right away. Erica and I are around the same age so, it was really easy to get along with her. She is an amazing person and we have a lot of fun in between shots. She is an experienced actress and is multi-talented so I get to learn a lot from her.
