Divya Agarwal is a famous face in the television industry. The diva rose to fame with her stint in Bigg Boss OTT. However, Divya is currently on cloud nine as she is all set to tie the knot with the love of her life, Apurva Padgaonkar. For the unversed, Divya and Apurva exchanged rings on December 4, 2022, and since then, they have been shelling out some major couple goals. However, it was November 10, 2023, when Divya announced her marriage on her IG handle, and now, in an interview, she shared details about the same.
In an interview with Bollywood Bubble, Divya Agarwal shared details about her wedding with the man of her dreams and businessman, Apurva Padgaonkar. Divya shared that she would be getting married in February 2024. In the same interview, Divya was asked if her wedding shopping had been going on. To this, the actress gave an adorable reply and said that when she was a little girl, she used to dream about this big day and even thought of having a Cinderella wedding. Divya said:
"No. Earlier, as a little girl I had dreams like I want a Cinderella wedding, big fat Indian wedding. I want to wear this and I want to wear that."

Going forward in the interview, Divya Agarwal shared that while growing up, her ideas changed, and she has been seeking something that is simple yet sober. Sharing the reason behind the same, Divya added that all she wants is to get married, and she can even do it in her pyjama. The diva also added that if she chooses to do makeup on her D-day and do the pheras in her living room, she will still be okay with the same.
In the concluding segment of the interview, Divya Agarwal revealed that she hasn't planned anything yet, but all she wants is to take saat-pheras in the presence of her family members. Divya further shared that she wants a forest-themed wedding. Elaborating more on the same, Divya stated:
"The only thing is that I want God and my family to be involved in this process and I’ll do very nice sat-phere. Abhi tak kuch plan nahi hua hai. Sab bhagwan bharose choda hai. Itna pata hai that I want a forest-theme wedding. I don’t want any sort of wastage and décor and extravaganza something. I want a very simple wedding.”
For the unversed, before exchanging rings with Apurva, Divya's two relationships grabbed a lot of limelight. One was with Priyank Sharma, and the other was with Varun Sood. However, in the same interview, the diva was asked about her public breakup. Talking about the same, she shared that it, of course, hurt but for 2 hours, and post that she is in her natural self, which is more like 'not giving much attention'. Divya said all she wants is to enjoy her life rather than carry everything in her heart. Divya stated:
"So that bad shit happens for 2 hours. I will sulk or cry. I even call my friends and mom and say that I’ve always been honest why is this happening to me? And then after two hours, I am like just chuck it and I am going to do what I want. I have my shows and songs to come and meet all my co-stars and I want to have fun. So I think that happens but luckily my nature of like you know I don’t give a damn, I just have to walk and run and fly. I think that is keeping me safe.”
It was on November 10, 2023, when Divya took to her IG handle and dropped a series of cutesy photos of herself, wherein she could be seen decked up in a black-hued floral-printed anarkali suit, featuring a wrap outline with stripes. She kept her look subtle with soft makeup, a bindi, a pair of jhumkis, and open hair. Sharing the photos, Divya announced that she would be getting married soon.

Earlier, during one of her conversations on Amrita Rao and RJ Anmol’s podcast, Couple of Things, Divya shared tidbits about her relationship with Apurva. The actress shared that although she doesn't share many pictures with her fiance on social media, they are very happy. Sharing the details about their bonding, Divya said that they never argued. The actress also revealed that Apurva's family members have never judged her and even told her not to focus on the media.
