Divya Agarwal has often garnered a lot of limelight for her personal life. The actress was in a steady relationship with actor, Varun Sood, and millions hailed the lovely couple for their camaraderie. However, in 2022, Divya and Varun parted ways, and she announced the heartbreaking news on her social media platforms. Divya moved on in life and found love in the arms of Apurva Padgaonkar.
And now, Divya and Varun’s relationship has come under the radar for one more time as his sister, Akshita Sood has accused the actress of not returning their family jewellery. Akshita’s accusations lead to an ugly spat between the two. A lot of tweets of Akshita have been deleted, however, as per one of the tweets, Akshita texted Divya’s manager asking her to return their family jewellery. Akshita also called out the actress for creating drama after 10 days of the incident.

On the other side, Divya took to her Twitter handle and posted a picture of the jewellery that was given to her by Varun Sood’s family and captioned it as, “Giving back the ‘jewellery’.” Reacting to Divya’s tweet, a user commented, “Bolto yese rahe the jese diamond necklace diya ho.” To which, Divya reacted and responded:
“Na kabhi pehna na kabhi maanga Ek saal baad yaad aaya.”
It was on December 5, 2022, when Divya Agarwal announced the news of her engagement with restaurateur, Apurva Padgaonkar. As Divya celebrated her birthday, Apurva proposed to her in the most romantic manner. Divya, who was more than happy, posted glimpses of her proposal on her IG handle. In the pictures, a visibly happy Divya was even seen flaunting her ring, which had baiko written on it.

However, as soon as she posted the pictures on her Instagram handle, Divya Agarwal started receiving a lot of hate comments. Some people called her “Lady Ranbir Kapoor”, others commented, “Paisa khatam, relationship khatam, Iske saath bhi kaha chalega”. Some social media users even targeted her for not being faithful to her ex-boyfriend, Varun Sood.
In an interview, Divya Agarwal revealed that she had dated Apurva Padgaonkar in the year 2015, and in 2018, they parted ways. However, the duo kept in touch and remained friends. In the same interview, Divya also revealed that when she broke up with Varun in March 2022 and was going through a tough phase, Apurva was the one who helped her.
