Dipika Kakar and her darling hubby, Shoaib Ibrahim, are living the best days as they are about to step into the dreamland by welcoming their soon-to-be-born baby. For the unversed, Dipika Kakar won fame with her stellar performance at the show, Sasural Simar Ka, where she met the love of her life, Shoaib. Soon they fell in love and hopped onto the forever journey in 2018. The much-loved celebrity couple in the television industry is now awaiting their child's birth. Dipika is presently in the third trimester of her pregnancy. While her husband is busy with the TV drama, Ajooni, as per a latest report, Dipika wouldn't be back on the screen as she has clarified it all by herself.
A recent report claimed that in a recent interview, Dipika Kakar said that she is currently enjoying this phase of pregnancy, and her excitement is on another level. She also shared that she started working at a very young age and worked for almost 10-15 years. Dipika also shared that she has told her husband that she does not want to work and wants to quit acting. Further in the same conversation, Dipika shared that she wants to live her life as a mother and a housewife. Dipika can be quoted as saying:
"I am enjoying this phase of pregnancy and welcoming our first child. The excitement is on another level. I started working at a very young age and continued for about 10 – 15 years at a stretch. As my pregnancy journey began, I told Shoaib that I don’t want to work and want to quit acting. I want to live a life as a housewife and mother."

Dipika Kakar entered the industry with the television series, Neer Bhare Tere Naina Devi. Dipika was also seen in a television drama, Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo. She also appeared in reality shows like Bigg Boss 12, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 8, and Nach Baliye 8. She was last seen in Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum alongside Karan Singh Grover in 2020. Since then, the actress has been missing from the telly world.

For the unversed, recently, Dipika shared that she has been diagnosed with gestational diabetes. In addition, she revealed that it is common for many pregnant women to get gestational diabetes in the 24th to 28th week of pregnancy.
