'Kahan Hum Kahaan Tum' actress Dipika Kakar Ibrahim and Shoaib Ibrahim had grand Eid celebrations at their home last evening and shared the pictures on their social media handle. Dipika and Shoaib started dating on the sets of Sasural Simar Ka, in which they played the lead stars. They had married each other in February 2018, breaking the hearts of many! Dipika is one of the top-rated actresses of the TV industry. Currently, she is seen in Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum. She is also the winner of Bigg Boss 12. In 2018, she made her Bollywood debut with the film Paltan directed by JP Dutta.
The couple celebrated their first Eid together as a newly-married couple on June 16, 2018, and had looked super cute together! In March 2018, Dipika had admitted that she has converted to Islam before getting married to beau, Shoaib Ibrahim. Since then, we have seen her performing the Islamic rituals in full fervour. For her first Eid celebration, the actress was seen applying heena on her hands and also went shopping, post which the couple finally celebrated their first Eid as man and wife. Recently, the couple celebrated the festival of Eid al Adha which is known as the sacrifice feast and marks the end of Hajj, which is an annual pilgrimage to the holy city of Mecca. The first, Eid Al Fitr, lasts several days and marks the end of Ramadan, the holy month of fasting. The couple were festival ready as they celebrated it with their family. Both Dipika and Shoaib were dressed in colourful traditional attires as they enjoyed Eid delicacies. Dipika opted for a purple Indian outfit. She kept her look simple but wore long statement earrings and needless to say, she looked stunning. Shoaib looked every bit handsome in a bright red and black Pathani suit. The couple shared many pictures on Instagram in which they seemed to be in a celebratory mood. While sharing a set of pictures from their celebration, Dipika wrote, “Eid Mubarak”. Shoaib too shared several pictures from their intimate celebration on his Instagram account. He captioned one of his posts, featuring himself and Dipika, as “Mr and Mrs Ibrahim”.
The-much-in-love couple also shared pictures with family, where the whole Ibrahim clan could be seen sitting together, chit-chatting and enjoying the festival of Eid. Dipika is fond of cooking and like last year, she cooked a lavish feast for her family. Her sister-in-law Saba shared the pictures of the delicacies on her Insta stories. Dipika observed the month-long fast along with Shoaib and family as they celebrated their second Eid post-wedding in July 2019. The duo shared pictures on their respective social media handles. Dipika looked resplendent in a yellow sharara while Shoaib looked dapper in his navy blue and white ethnic attire. Shoaib shared pics posing with his mom and dad along with a heartwarming caption that read: Humare maa baap hume bachpan mein shehzadon ki tarah paltey hai. Humara bhi ye farz banta hai ki unke budhape main hum unko baadshahon ki tarah rakhe. P.S.- maa baap ki dua lo, kisi ki baddua asar nhi karegi."
