Television’s heartthrobs, Dipika Kakar and Shoaib Ibrahim are a match-made-in-heaven. The two had met each other for the first time on the sets of their show, Sasural Simar Ka. After being friends, the duo had eventually fallen in love. On February 22, 2018, Shoaib and Dipika had begun their forever journey with their nikaah ceremony and since then, we have been witnessing glimpses of their perfect life.

On February 22, 2021, Dipika Kakar and Shoaib Ibrahim had completed three years of marital bliss. Dipika had taken to her IG handle and had shared a picture with Shoaib, where she was seen wearing a dupatta gifted by her nanad, Saba Ibrahim with Shoaib Ki Dulhan written on it. Along with the picture, she had written, “3 years now of being “Shoaib ki dulhan” and life only gets better & more beautiful each day.... Zindagi me itni mohabbat bhar di hai aapne ki kabhi kabhi darr lagta hai ki kahin khud ki hi nazar na lag jaaye.”
On May 24, 2021, Dipika Kakar shared a glimpse of her morning surprise. She took to her IG stories and shared a picture of herself carrying a bunch of rose flowers. In the picture, Dipika was seen lying on her bed, smiling while looking at the beautiful flowers, gifted to her by none other than her shauhar, Shoaib Ibrahim. Atop the picture, Dipika wrote, “Waking up to these @shoaib2087” followed by heart emoticons.
On May 14, 2021, Shoaib Ibrahim and Dipika Kakar had celebrated Eid-ul-Fitr at their revamped home with Shoaib’s family and Dipika had shared her favourite picture from the celebrations. Dipika had taken to her IG handle and had shared a love-filled picture with Shoaib. In the picture, the two were seen holding hands while striking a romantic pose. Along with the picture, Dipika had written, “My fav one from tonight!!”

Shoaib is quite active on social media and he often treats his fans with glimpses of his family. On January 1, 2021, Shoaib had taken to his IG stories and had hosted an ‘Ask Me Anything’ session with his fans. When one of his fans had showed his interest in marrying his wife, Dipika and had told him, “Ask Dipika to marry me”, Shoaib’s reply had won our hearts. Being his savage self, Shoaib had written, “Bhai is janam mein to meri ho chuki hai…agar next birth hota hai toh kuch achche karam karna tab Dipika jaisi inshallah koi mil jaayegi kyuki Dipika to tab bhi meri hi hogi.” Shoaib’s reply had proved how doting a husband he is!
In an interview with the Indian Express, Shoaib was asked to choose from 'Dipika as friend', 'Dipika as girlfriend', and 'Dipika as wife'. Dipika had also warned her husband saying, “In me se select karna hai. Idhar diplomacy nahi chalegi”. After which, the doting hubby had said, “Dipika as Wife”. Further on being asked to describe their love story in one sentence, Dipika had remarked, “Your belief in each other can conquer the world."
