In the comment section of her Instagram post on April 6, 2026, Alexa Melton implied that she and Christian Pulisic had split. However, it was Alexa’s response to a comment saying, "This generational fumble will be studied for years to come," that sparked infidelity speculations. Yes, you read it right. Alexa wrote in the comment section that Christian joined the dating app, Raya, before their relationship officially ended.

The professional golfer wrote, "Mans was on Raya before it even ended." Alexa’s comment led many people to believe that she was accusing her ex-boyfriend, Christian Pulisic, of cheating. In another comment, Alexa wrote, "Guess not fearing God enough. How many likes to post his Raya profile?" This comment from Alexa allegedly showed that she was upset with her ex-boyfriend, Christian.

However, three days later, on April 9, 2026, Alexa took to her Instagram Stories to retract her shocking infidelity claims. She mentioned that Christian was not a cheater, and she had received false information about the following. Clarifying, the professional golfer wrote:

"I've made some comments on a private matter and it's been taken out of context. I received false info. He is not a cheater. Any narrative beyond that is not mine. Out of respect for Christian's and my privacy, I will not speak further regarding this matter."

A month after Alexa Melton accused her ex-boyfriend, Christian Pulisic, of cheating on her, the US soccer star opened up about their messy split. He mentioned that she was a lot of fun and supported him a lot. The US soccer star admitted that his ex-girlfriend pushed him to enjoy life a little bit more. He added that together they had a lot of fun. He expressed his gratitude to her. Speaking to Time, Christian said:

"I only look at her in the most positive way. She was a lot of fun, and she supported me in every way. She wanted to push me to enjoy my life a little bit more and do things with her and do things just in general. And I was grateful for that."
